“I didn't like the fact that they charged me an extra $20 "resort fee". and I would be very cautious using it in the future.”

“Very nice room with very poor, obstructed view, probably due to the price I paid through Priceline.com. $20/day additional facilities fee was expected, but nevertheless objectionable! - included a mediocre continental breakfast, a nice fitness center which I did use, and pool use which I did not!!”

“When we checked out there was a $21.00 per day charge. They should have told us that when we checked in!”

“The hotel was fine, but I would not recommend staying in Indian Wells as all hotels apparently have an additional resort fee.”

“Hard to sleep because of thin walls, location near elevator and near busy highway. but it wasn't bad overall. The room was spacious and fairly clean”

“There is an extra $22 resort charge added to your bill at check out! Hotel is very dated, carpet, linens all threadbare. No internet service.”

“I will never stay here again. It was old, the carpet was old and had a smell, which they attempted to cover up with vacuum freshener which overwhelmed your nose. The workout room was hot and loaded with dated, squeaky equipment. The continental breakfast was fine if you enjoyed white foods.”

“Really nice staff! Lobby is pretty, but they keep the lights off during the day to save energy (important, but detracts from the overall impression when you arrive). Room furniture OK, but the bedspread didn't live with the design. The continental breakfast is a nice offer, but the breads / muffins were dry. No bar service till 4:30 is not great (have to call room service to deliver), especially if you're at the pool on a hot day. With the updates to the hotel, the creaky hallway floors and the ducts throwing out moldy smelling air, at this point, the hotel shows its age.”

“Hotel was nice, but room smelled badly and was noisy. Could hear the guests upstairs as they walked across their floor and doors opening and closing.”

“I would consider it a best kept secret type of hotel where you get a lot for the price. Nice pool area, lovely views, good service, friendly staff, nice rooms. We will definitely go back again.”

“Not a three star hotel - the room was dated. Very old, creaky floors, wireless internet was
slow and beds were motel 6ish - hard to sleep due to noise from T.V. in next door room. The hotel is just too old.”
