• Tried to take a conference call in

“Booked a spa visit but the steam was being worked on and wasn't able to use it. Overall good visit but just disturbed my cleaning staff while on conference call.”

• Charge for internet use, high cost at practice facility of golf course.

“Very nice hotel, excellent room layout, decor and bed was very comfortable lots of pillows. Pool area was very nice. Restaurant was good. Needs to add larger size coffee at Biscotti coffee bar.”

• Like the ambiance, it has nice smooth jazz music everywhere you go, bikes and tennis are included in the resort fee.
• The room is far from the elevator.

“Very good place to stay with family, kids, or even romantic getaways. There are fire pits in the sitting area next to the pool with comfy chairs. Clean and nicely equipped rooms with balconies good for relaxing watching the sun goes down, has large flat screen TV. Within close distance to many restaurants and shopping centers. We were there during the Indian Wells Tennis Tournaments and ran into Elena Dementieva practicing on the hotel tennis court.”

• Excellent guest service, great bed, superb waiters, nice pool area.
• $25 valet is a joke, especially since resort fee doesn't cover it. I went & got my car back.

“I completely enjoyed the hotel! The great attitude of everyone who worked there made it extra special. Super comfortable beds, HD TV, excellent nightclub w/live entertainment, beautiful grounds; this is just a great value. Really enjoyed it. I definitely plan on staying here again though. Overall, excellent.”

• Beautiful resort setting.
• Massive complex, inconvenient distances, surcharges.

“Pay for valet parking, you walk a half mile back to your room. Pay for water, internet, and even a steep surcharge for the parking that you walk further for than any normal hotel.”

• This hotel is awesome! The staff was amazing!
• Very difficult to find the front desk.

“I would recommend this hotel to anyone who enjoys upscale accommadations. The rooms were spacious and quiet. The staff, especially valet, were fabulous. The spa was first class and is a must do.”

• The staff is very pleasant and friendly.
• The delivery trucks come at 4:35 every morning except Sunday. The trash bin in the ice machine area has not been emptied for a few days.

“The setting is great and the staff people are very pleasant. Do not get a room anywhere close to the recycling delivery area facing the golf course. The trucks come at 4:35AM every morning except on Sunday. They are loud and beeping when backing up.”

• Only one elevator, long walk to rooms.

“Our entire stay far exceeded our expectations from valet to management. Our son was ill while there and their concern and care was amazing! Special thanks the font desk manager. We will definitely stay again!”

• The maze-like design of the hotel.

• It was like a palace,
  just beautiful all the way around.
• The view from our room,
  had a view of a wall and a roof. Also received a resort charge of $20 per day after visit.

• No complaints. Period!
• A bit off the beaten path about 15+ miles from Palm Springs.

“Great resort! Next to the Golf Course (if you play) Activities for the kids (movies on big screen at the pool both nights there). Though breakfast buffet at the cafe was a bit pricy ($21), food and service was excellent, with fresh vegetables and fruit provided with a juicer for fresh morning juice. Would stay there again.”
