“Being rated a four (4) star hotel, it need a littlebit of up keep. Not satisfied with my room due toroaches in the bathroom mainly in the shower curtainand the tub. The hair dryer was broken and the coffee provided has not been changed awhile and thecups and glasses was dusty. The adult jacuzzi whenI used it had lots of dead fly in it.”

“The resort is quaint. Facility is a little worn. Pool remodeled and comfortable. Meals were delicious but a little small. The resort fee is too much money. (24.50 per night with tax).”

“Very nice place for the price we paid. Didn't appreciate the extra $22 a day incidental fees. Don't know what that was supposed to cover. Still was nice place, pretty clean, convenient to everything around.”

“Room was clean, furnishing & overall hotel environment felt rather old, rundown, needing interior upgrades. Disappointed with adult pool (size, overall cleanliness, appearance) compared to the much larger family pool.”

“Older building with fresh new upgrades. It is pleasantly well decorated. The rooms have no insulation in the walls, which make it extremely noisy to outside sounds.”

“I was extremely pleased with this resort, especially for the price. It was very comfortable, the staff extremely helpful and friendly, and felt as if we were in a 5 star hotel because the grounds are so beautiful. We will definitely stay again and recommend to our friends.”

“My experience was very positive. Minor problems were resolved quickly by the manager (whinning dog, the owner did not notify the hotel of the dog when they checked in, it was not supposed to be there). Our room was located in a very quiet part of the grounds and it was just what my wife and I needed. Staff was very friendly to us. We plan to go back as soon as possible.”

“We've stayed at many properties in Palm Springs over the last 15 years, some very upscale resorts, some moderate - without a doubt, this was a jewel. The rooms are more than spacious, the staff courteous and knowledgeable. The pool areas clean and uncluttered. Quaint, charming, cozy and intimate. Can't wait to return, will never stay anywhere else in the Palm Springs area.”

“The hotel was much nicer than I expected, I had read reviews that it was rundown and in need of an upgrade. I found that not to be true, the hotel was immaculate and the grounds were spotless. My only complaint was that our room overlooked the parking lot.”

“I would not be able to stay there myself again or recommend the Mira Monte Resort at this time to friends. We had to change hotel rooms due to cleanliness issues. Both hotel rooms had multiple carpet stains, stains on the sheets and comforter, cobwebs on the ceiling, dirty glasses and not enough glasses in the room. The front desk personnel were extremely slow and seemed unwilling to help with housekeeping issues. It took over four hours to receive wine glasses. The hotel assistant managers were wonderful and tried to make our experience the best it could on the last evening of our stay. The concierge was fantastic! She was knowledgeable about the city and made wonderful entertainment and dining reservations for us.”
