  • Rooms and bathrooms very good.
  • Noise levels high from adjoining rooms.

“Just after midnight we were moved to another room because of the excessive noise from adjoining rooms and corridor. The new room was a better room but the adjoining guests were partying until 2AM. We had to leave the hotel by 6AM, so in the end we only got about 3 hours sleep.”

  • Perfect. Staff were friendly and competent and engaging. Great place.
  • The massage woman was depressed.

“10/10, clean, safe, private, accomodating, magnificent pools, golf courses, and practice facilities. Great staff. Friendly but not intrusive.
Respectful but not pandering. Great feel. Good administrative structure and competent upper management.”

  • Nice clean.
  • Spa resort charge and check in time.

“Very nice hotel. Addi tonal charge for spa resort, didn't even enjoy the spa resort because I only have one day stay.”

  • Kind staff.
  • Hidden costs.

“I've stayed at this resort several times, the staff is kind and friendly. I am not happy with the new fees for services which were once included. $25 for the Spa use. Increased resort fee $23. no free Wi-Fi. The deal breaker $10 to self park. Which is not mentioned at the front desk. An employee collects the fee at the lot entrance. This is not right for the guest or employee.”

  • That we were addressed as Mr. and Mrs. Casey and the staff was always professional.
  • Having never stayed at a resort, we were surprised to find out we had to pay additional resort fees.

“The hotel was beautiful and the staff was great.”

  • The pools were the best part, no question.
  • Everything was an extra charge. Including basic cable and DSL. No good!

“For a resort hotel, this was fairly typical. Nothing really outstanding about the place, but no major detractions. Nice location, friendly staff, nice pools and grounds, but not a huge amount of character. My room was large, but looked out over a parking lot, and I was not pleased with the extra charge that was added to everything. With the resort fee, the charge for parking, the charge for internet, and the charges for even the most basic cable viewing options, it added up quick! However, the wonderful staff made a big difference, and I can't say enough what a lovely group of people work there!”

  • It was peaceful and relaxing.
  • The front desk did not do what we had requested and weren't very nice & the rm tv remote was covered in some sort of lub.

“Hotel was good, the housekeeper was friendly (but had friendlier ones in Vegas), did not like the people at the front desk. Pool was nice, but they can use some cleaning around the seating areas.”

“It was fabulous to be upgraded to a resort, however, we booked three rooms for two nights and when we got there a $29 resort fee and a $10 parking fee was added to each room for each night. We were very surprised. One problem was that we only needed one room for less than 12 hours for several basketball players. I do this often, I have booked as many as seven rooms for our basketball team, so if this happened to us, we were upgraded to a resort and then had the additional fees, it would not be nice for the families to whom I have promised a certain rate. When we checked in we told them we would not be using one room for one night. They checked us in and gave us keys. The next night at 10:30 pm when we tried to enter that room, the keys had been changed because they had checked someone else into it. It took 45 minutes to get a new room with the boys in the hallway and they were not that apologetic. Beautiful hotel, and certainly worth the price.”

  • The overall appearance of the public areas was very grand.
  • Charging a fee for use of the fitness center.

“The hotel is very well positioned for easy access to downtown and the gaslight areas. All the staff that we met were friendly and efficient. After reading some less than favorable reviews we were apprehensive. We were very happy with our stay and would return without hesitation.”

“Loved the variety of pools and how close they were near our room. I would
liked them to be open even later than they were.”

  • The unknown surcharge of a Resort fee of $23.

“TV didn't work properly and the shower was designed by someone that doesn't shower. The depth of the shower forced you to be in the shower to turn it on. No space to avoid the initial water temperature.”

  • Staff was friendly. Service was great. Was able to check in early which help accommodate other plans.
  • The additional fees incurred as mentioned above. Wasn't really there long enough to take advantage of a resort charge.

“Hotel was beautiful. Staff was professional and courteous. Hotel was very clean.”

  • Billing practices.

“We were charged 10.00 to self park my own car in an open parking lot on 112 degree day and were charged a resort fee of 23.00. We were not told at check-in about the self park fee and were told that if we didn't use the pool we wouldn't be charged the resort fee. We questioned these charges and were told they were standard fees and on top of these charges they charged an additional 2.13 for taxes and assessments.”
