• Good location.
• Not a resort; not maintained like a hotel should; major disappointment.

“Despicable. It is shameful to have the name Best Western and call this a resort. It is no better than a local Holiday Inn Express or Motel 6. Mostly, worse because of the incompetent and uncaring staff!”

• Not a bad location.
• Uncaring management; not a resort, more like a motel.

“Would not go back. If Best Western knew this is what a hotel can do to ruin a reputation, they would survey everyone that has been there in the past 12 months they would be shocked. Everything was a disaster!”

• This hotel was conveniently located in palm desert (on hwy 111) and had a good variety for a hot breakfast.
• There was a mix of old and new furnishings in the room, which was of a lower quality than expected.

“Although this hotel was chosen for a convenient location, the interior of the rooms was of importance to us as well. The rooms were of a lower quality than expected as the bathroom had a mix of old and new. The pool was also not attractive as the hotel was close to a busy street. We ended up moving to another hotel after a couple of nights.”

• Nice modern decor, cleanliness, and great full breakfast offer!
• Front desk personnel may need to be more attentive to incoming phone calls.

“Hotel was located in a great centralized area of Palm Desert. I enjoyed the ease of parking, beautiful modern decor, cleanliness & well groomed rooms, and a spacious relaxing guest area. We liked the exterior location of the building structure with the courtyard centrally located on the premises. Must see to experience, not to mention the great full-breakfast they offer!”
