• Wish we could have enjoyed the surrounding a little more.
• We had trouble with our hotel key and couldn't get into the room at 2:00 a.m.

“We went to the Coachella music festival and didn't get to enjoy the hotel much. We did have a problem getting into our room at 2:00 a.m. that was very unsettling after being so tired and just wanting to go to sleep.”

• The ambiance was very comfortable and enjoying. The room's amenities were very convenient as well.
• Front desk made it very clear that it was "more like a time share" than a full service hotel. This meant no help with baggage and other services.

“Our stay at shadow ridge was very relaxing and enjoyable. The rooms are pleasant and one can feel at home when staying. The pool area is very nice and accommodating for those with kids and those with out. My only real complaint was the inconvenience of their check in/check out. Their check in time is later than most hotels and check out is earlier than most.”

• It was like being in our own condo with everything we needed and more.
• I can't think of anything I didn't like.

“My husband and I were pleasantly surprised at our hotel room because it wasn't a room; it was almost like having our very own condo. We both agreed it was the best hotel we've stayed in and that includes my business travels. Since we had a kitchen, dining room, living room, balcony, down comforter, bathtub and shower there was no reason to leave the hotel. Our experience was the best and most memorable at shadow ridge villas.”

• Restaurant was pretty good.
• Room was small but convenient.

• I liked the view, the room, pool area. Me and my family fell in love with this hotel.
• There wasn't enough machines around to get quick drinks.

“This hotel was gorgeous. I thought it will be regular room like a motel with kitchen in it. The moment we opened the door, my family was screaming, because it was breathtaking. The balcony was out of this world. The hot tub in the bedroom was magnificent. Our wedding anniversary is on 11/24/06. I want to go back to this hotel, but it is very expensive for that date. If you could help us go there again with a great price like this time, please e-mail me a.s.a.p.”

• Great price / value ratio ! I would do it again with my spouse.
• When you first drive in it is difficult to find the reception/signs not too clear.

“Super price/value ratio ! For this price my husband and I will always come back and recommend it to friends etc. It is a great location, centrally for a lot of things to do. It is clean, nice and has good amenities. Although too bad for me that the golf course was closed.”
