• The hotel has very comfortable beds and pillows
• Resort charge of $25 per day, Noisy. A little dated.

“This hotel is nice and the beds are very comfortable. The showers change from hot to cold every 2 minutes and either burn or freeze you. The resort charge of $25 per day is excessive and the "resort" benefits of this charge are not explained. Parking is very limited and we had to walk quite a ways to our room from our parking space.”

• Golf course, close proximity to all attractions, staff very helpful. This is our 3rd time staying at this hotel.
• I liked everything about the hotel.

“Great accommodations. I highly recommend this resort for family with children. Activities for all family members. Golf course is wonderful. The landscaping is beautiful and well cared for.”

• Large, spacious rooms.

“The Westin Mission Hills is a great hotel. The rooms are very large and spacious, with nice, big bathrooms. Plus, they are spread out so you have some privacy. The staff was very helpful to tend to our needs, and the pool was lots of fun.”

• Location of swimming pools and golf cart transportation.
• No fridge or microwave unless you asked.

“The hotel had excellent facilities to amuse my grandchildren. Golf cart transportation was a plus as I am handicapped. Microwaves and small fridges should be already in rooms and one should not have to ask for them. However when requested the items were delivered.”

• Close to home but still felt like a thousand miles away once there.
• The bar are near the lobby is not large enough and service is slow.

• Main pool had plenty of children's activities.
• Patios were not completely private and enclosed as I was told.

“The hotel is nice and comfortable however; I called the hotel and requested a room with an enclosed private patio which they do offer. When I arrived, my request was not honored and I was told that such a room does not exist. I could visually see that they do exist all around the property.”

• Vaulted ceilings, nice pool, and nice bathroom.
• Big pool was far from our room.

• Charges a resort fee, gym terrible.

“The room is fine. I would not call this hotel a resort, but more a very nice 4 star hotel. Not as nice as other Westin hotels. We were able to get the fee waived since we were only staying one night.”

• The staff is friendly & helpful. Grounds are well kept.
• Bathrooms were old & in serious need of updating.

“The common areas in the hotel are beautiful and well maintained. Our room was clean and spacious and nicely if simply decorated. The bathrooms were a disappointment. There was a huge crack in the sink. The shower was small and the "Heavenly Bath" experience was a joke. T. The main dining room for breakfast was lovely, the staff friendly and helpful. I expect to pay more at a hotel but I expect my food to at least be par. It was not. The eggs were cold and not prepared as requested and the toast was overdone. Small things but it dampened my overall satisfaction with the hotel.”

• The beds and linens are awesome.
• Housekeeping very inconsistent.

“The rooms are spacious. Loved the beds and linens. Housekeeping very inconsistent and they threw away a pair of earrings located in a cup. No elevator for second floor.”

• It did not have covered parking.

“The Westin Missin Hills is a great place for families. There are plenty of things to do for children. The pool has the best water slide ever! Children can bring scooters, roller skates and skateboards for use on the pathway which runs through the resort. The location is great: less than 4 miles to the River, which has a movie theatre and plenty of restaurants. I would stay at the Westin Mission Hills again.”

• The balcony overlooking the golf course was beautiful.
• The single serve coffee pot.

“Extremely nice resort with all the amenities. The golf course was incredible as were the grounds with all the beautiful flowers and manicured landscape. The pools were strategically placed and had very comfortable lounge chairs. The gym could use some new equipment. The staff responded quickly to the toilet that overflowed and to my request for help getting a large flying beetle out of the room! Overall excellent experience.”

“Quite a nice property, although there are others in the area we much prefer. No specific complaints, but not in a big hurry to return to this particular property. Quite spread out.”

• Poor service. Lousy maids. Snotty desk people. $20 "resort" fee.

“Snotty desk people. You have to beg to get maid service and even then you may not get any maid service. They charge a $20 "resort fee." Don't drink the bottle of water in your room. It is $5. Bring your own food and snacks and plan on eating at one of the many options around the area.”

• The Hotel is in the perfect location, close to restaurants, the freeway, and theaters.
• There is no place to just have a cup of coffee and muffin in the morning hours.

“The Westin Mission Hills is a destination that is perfect for a get-a-way. Quiet, friendly, clean, and has something for everyone. There is tennis, golf, swimming, good dining, and plenty of places, including your own balcony, for just relaxing.”
