“I would recommend this hotel, but possibly not eat from the buffet as the food was barely warm, biscuits and gravy were just mediocre, muffins were hard, eggs benedict muffin, hard as a rock. Other than that, the staff were wonderful in every way. Room was clean and we had a great view.
Room Service sandwich Turkey, Bacon and Avocoda was not very good, fries were only slightly warm. Bacon was not cooked real good.”

“This hotel was a big disapointment. we traveled for my wifes birthday. The towels were dingy, the beds were fulls size not queen. The restaraunt was never open.”

“The hotel is not in Palm Springs. It is in the North part of Cathedral City, miles and miles from central Palm Springs.”

“First of all, this hotel is in Cathedral City, not Palm Springs. Although it is in the shaded area on the map, for people who are not familiar with the region. Aside from the rooms being somewhat old here is a list of things I did not like about our room: the bathtub did not drain, there were cigarette burns in the comforter, the patio door was stuck, the carpet was dirty. Also their fitness center was hard to find and is just a standard hotel room hidden down a 1st floor corridor with a couple machines crammed inside it. It was very strange. Not a wide or exciting selection of room service items. Breakfast options included eggs your way, bread, coffee and juice. It is probably misleading to call this place a resort. I would liken it to a nice motel. Not great, not horrible, just sufficient if you are not expecting a resort.”

“The pool was great, it is situated a bit out of PS but not a problem if you have a car, room quality is maybe 2.5 stars (poor quality linens, stained carpeting, fair bathrooms).”

“This was my first weekend getaway with my new boyfriend. We had the most relaxing weekend. The hotel staff was very awesome they upgraded us to a room that walked right out to the pool. It was very quiet here the food was excellent in the restaurant and my overall experience was great. I am for sure going back this summer.”

“Hotel was clean and upscale. Staff were extremely unfriendly towards us. Extra charges $15 daily for resort fees were mandatory and we received nothing in return for this extra charge. We did not use dining facilities in fear that the dining staff might be as unfriendly as the desk staff. We tried to enquire several times about court fees for tennis and received no response.”

“The beds were small, uncomfortable, and they were even sloping downward. The fixtures and furnishing looked old, and it just didn't live up to expectations based on the website. Also the location was very windy which made it impossible to enjoy the pool. It was not windy at all in Palm Springs which is where we ended up staying.”

“The first room we got was pretty bad. It had a stained carpet and looked out over the roof so that was all you could see, and the wallpaper was peeling here and there. We asked for another room, and when one was ready, we were moved to a better room that had a great view, and was cleaner. I had read that the towels are old and threadbare. And even though I usually am happy with the hotel and don't agree with bad reviews that complaint was right on the mark! The towels and wash cloths were dingy and threadbare! I couldn't believe it! But they were clean, so I didn't let that ruin the stay. It's just odd for a 3 star hotel not to have decent towels!! It is a little dated, but I guess it depends on the room you get. The first one was pretty bad, the second one was pretty good.”

“Not a good location for the desert hotel the wind seems to blow harder here than anyplace else in the area. Pool was nice but not heated the first 3 days of our stay, did not matter as the sand and wind were bad. I left my sunglasses in the dining room, but no one at the front desk seemed to be able to help find them. Still no glasses.”
