• Beautiful hotel with many extras.
• The spa.

• Great new design of all aspects of room: great for business.
• I left a shirt in the room, and they didn't try very hard at all to find it and get it back to me, after I called repeatedly.

• The room was fine and people were quite helpful.
• No night light and the bath door opens out into the room.

“The hotel was fine for my purposes as I was conducting personal business in Rancho Mirage area. I'm sorry I was not able to find time to use the pool. In the end I would stay at the hotel again perhaps in as lightly less expensive room.”

• The room was very comfortable; plenty of room and clean.
• Check was a little too late in the day (4pm) should be earlier.

“Friendly staff with great rooms and the pool facilities were very nice. The hotel was very attractive from the outside with a nice look on the inside.”

• Furniture was nice in room. Lobby was attractive. Personnel nice.
• The hallways reeked of cigarette smoke and the place looked worn out.

“From the outside the hotel was attractive, nice lobby, nice staff, but the cafe was over priced, halls reeked of cigarette smoke and the place could use a new coat of paint.”

• Desk personnel were very friendly and helpful.
• Desk had been damaged and not repaired.
