• The location is actually pretty good.
• Dirty rooms, extremely unpleasant staff.

“I have stayed in many upscale resorts, and while the Parker wants to think of themselves as one, and they charge like it, this is not upscale. The visit was, in fact, a disaster. I have never encountered such rude, uncaring staff. (And that was when I could find staff -- there was nobody to take our car, or our luggage or, for a while, even check us in.) The room was unbelievably dirty and smelly. Towels and drinks sat by the pool all day without being cleaned up. I could not wait to leave this dump. There are plenty of great resorts in the Palm Spings area, but this is not one of them.”

“Overall our stay was wonderful. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. However, the decor was a little too retro for my taste. The room was large and nicely decorated. I would definitely stay again.”

“Room was excellent, great bed Pillows, sheets, all very high quality. Air conditioning didn't work, and breakfast wasn't the best. Overall a very nice place. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly”
