• Location, kitchenette in room.
• Heater/AC did not work, room smelled like mildew, bed was lumpy, and furniture/carpet were stained and dirty.

“This property is attractive on the outside and filthy on the inside. If you like mildew smells, trash in the hallways, and are okay with not having control of the thermostat in a hotel room in 110 degree Palm Springs, then by all means stay here! The beds are horrible, too.”

• Laundry facilities. I used them.
• Men loitering.

“The hotel staff were not welcoming, but not rude, I used the laundry facilities, but the front desk could not supply quarters, the room itself was aging, had a small kitchenette that I did not use, bathroom fixtures clean but old. This being extended stay there was an element of hostel here, there were men sitting in the hallways, in the lobby, in the laundry room. Nothing special about this place.”

• Comfy bed,
  great customer service, full kitchen.
• Stained carpets, tiny TV, Spartan room.

“Hotel is in process of re carpeting! Great for people that want a full kitchen and little else. Once a week maid service. Nice facilities, pool and common area. Close to downtown Palm Springs, yet quiet. Very basic, but overall we had a very nice stay. Would recommend!”

• Rooms were clean.
• Fire in hotel, there was nothing complimentary to us to make us come back.

“There was a fire at the hotel. All the lighting and electricity was turned off. Hotel staff did not give us any reason except to say there was a small fire on the second floor. We were without power for almost five hours. There was never an apology from management.”

• The kitchen in the room.
• Staff unprofessional at front counter and not enough staff to assist.

“My room was not ready when I arrived after 3 pm. I was then given a room that had not been cleaned, and then finally given the room we stayed in for th weekend. Front desk counter did not have clean towels for the pool or rooms at times, and pool area was dirty in the am. with cups, plastic forks and trash all around the pool.”
