“Nice enough, but no electricity in room for an hour on our return to the hotel at 2:00 am to 3.15 am, woken by hammering construction in next door room at 9:00 am, dead cockroach outside room door, vending machine broken.”

“The public spaces were beautiful. The rooms were old and dark. The decor was terrible. The bed was hard, the pillows needed to be replaced. And the sheets were not good quality. The walls were thin and you could hear everything in the next room.”

“Overall, very pleasant stay. Concierge and staff helpful and friendly. Asked for two beds and got them. It was well worth the money. A light that was burned out above the vanity was replaced very quickly after bringing it to housekeeping's attention.”

“In general, this hotel is decent. I don't have too much to complain. The only complaint I have is about the bed. The blankets were smelly and dirty. I got rashes all over my legs. I would not stay at this hotel again. I have stayed at plenty of other hotels before and never had this problem.”

“Somewhat busy due to convention, but was still fairly quiet. Needed extra towels/blankets which were delivered within 30 minutes. Room is in need of a facelift but was clean. This hotel met and in some cases passed my expectations. Very friendly staff. We would stay there again.”

“This is one of the best locations in Palm Springs. The pool was outstanding. However, the hotel seems like it needed a facelift. The rugs in the hall ways were coming up and walls were in need of paint. There was a large rain storm that created a flood, due to a busted water pipe, in the lobby. The staff worked hard to accommodate the guest the best they could in these conditions.”

“I would not stay at this hotel again. We have had many pleasurable stays in Palm Springs, this was the worst for price. The resort needs to keep up its lobby appearance and have it flow into the areas of the hotel in order to gain respect. Pool area was run down, area misters were on only in one unoccupied area of the pool area. Speakers around the pool area were poorly located with exposed wiring.”

“If you're simply shopping in Corazon, planning to hike in Joshua Tree National Park, then this is a great location. Close to restaurants, shopping and the national park. Other than that, 4th of July weekends tend to be overcrowded and noisy. The AC doesn't work well in the rooms, hallways and carpeting faintly stale, sweat and musky. The spa resort casino is next to the Wyndham, so you can walk over and have great buffet meals, movie theatre is also within walking distance (Regal Cinema). The location is simply terrific. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Beware of limited parking spots, but you can always park on the adjacent space shared with the Hilton and the spa resort casino.”

“The entrance and public areas of the hotel are beautiful and look like they were recently renovated. This is misleading however, as the rooms and hallways leading to the rooms are very tired and in need of renovation. The air conditioner in the room was really loud, waking me every time it kicked on. The hotel's location to the Palm Springs airport was a critical part of my stay, but the hotel is in dire need of renovation to be consistent with the entrance, bar area and pool.”

“While the grounds and the lobby were fantastic, one wouldn't be able to tell that they were in a 3 star hotel. The room was drab, the bed cheap, and we got charged $10 extra per night for parking. We checked in way past the check in time, 9:30 p.m. and we didn't have shampoo or towels in the room.”
