Location.
Desk staff made a point of saying there is nothing I can do.
“The hotel was average and less than expected for a Hilton. They charged you an extra fee daily that was not posted anywhere but in your key envelope. Every time I went by check out, this fee was being argued. The hotel rooms had an old odor. Staff in general was nice.”

The food is very good and the Dinner servers are attentive.
The lack of control they seem to have over the loud and obnoxious guests.
“Overall, the Hotel stepped up to the plate and changed our room (and upgraded us to a corner suite) after we complained a couple of times about the loud partying that seemed to be going on throughout the hotel. (We weren't the only ones that didn't get any sleep the 1st night there) However, we did not like the smoking that was going on at the poolside and felt this should have been at the poolside bar.”
