• It was clean.
• Our room air conditioner was suppose to be set at 7-8 out of 10. The hotel info book in the room had no pages in it. We spent 2 nights in a hot room.

“No one told us that the air conditioner could not be set to 10. The room was very hot when we checked in, so we set it to high. Very soon it stopped working. We spent two nights in temperatures near 95 degrees. It was difficult on my husband's rheumatoid arthritis. The last day they moved us to another room. Upon check out, another desk clerk called the manager, who would not speak with us then, but who said she would phone us. We have not heard from her.”

• It was decently clean.
• Air conditioning did not work, damaged furniture.

“Check in was quick, staff was decently friendly and the room was clean. However the air conditioning did not work in our room 316 and in August that is sort of a must have. There was a chair that had a nail sticking up out of it and slashed my leg badly, but I was only offered a "sorry, let me see if I can find a band aid". They did not have one so we had to make a make shift bandage until morning. I was not impressed.”

• Convenient location, clean, AC noise hid hotel noise!
• Carpet was being replaced in entryway - kind of inconvenient.

“Bed was comfortable, room was clean, free Wi-Fi worked as advertised. Nothing fancy, no frills, but comfortable. I liked overstuffed chair/ottoman, as I was quite ill during my stay here and found the chair comfortable to nap in. Only things bad - very minimal continental breakfast and no area to enjoy it except back to the room. I would stay here again because it was a reasonable value for what you get.”

• I did not like this hotel.
• Next to free-way on ramp very noise, paid for a king bed only received two double beds.

“Noise is unacceptable hotel was in need of repair.”
