• Tub size, room size.
• Needs better beds, woke up with achy back.

• I didn't like this motel at all. Not worth the money.
• Right up next to the freeway, bed was old and uncomfortable.

• Only the staff was good, nothing more.
• No screens, smelled bad, the room had no view.

“Upon checking the room it smelled of fire smoke very badly, we had to keep the window open just to be able to be in the room, it wasn't very pleasant to be in, I would never go there again due to that, I do understand that there was a fire in the area last year, but they should re-paint all the rooms to get it out of the walls.”

• It was a convenient location from all the places we visited and from the freeway, and the staff was great.
• The hotel stinked like cigarettes, and it was not a lot of TV channels.

“This hotel was nice, and quiet. Good price. the only thing is that the smoking area stinks like cigarettes. at least they can freshen the smoking area more than the non-smoking.”

• New appliances and nice bathroom.
• Dirty soiled carpets, yellow dingy linen, moldy smell, unclean eating area.

“Okay for an emergency short stay but best to seek a cleaner and better maintained hotel. Many hotels in that area. This one way overpriced for its condition. Did not meet its star rating either. Initial impressions of lobby and food area almost made me not stay. Room was sort okay but hallways and carpet throughout were very dirty. In room the bed cover looked dark and old with both pillows being wet. Linen was dingy and not crisp clean. Room could be much cleaner. Windows dirty. Maids no good. Very unattractive hotel. Front desk personnel nice but did not care about their area or the entrance way - very cluttered and unclean with dark soiled looking carpet. I would not stay at this hotel again. It made me uncomfortable. I kept waiting for the bed bugs but fortunately did not see any. If I were not so tired from my long drive and needing rest, I would have canceled this room and went elsewhere. Complaining to the local staff would not have changed anything since they accepted these substandard conditions as normal. But they need to clean up and replace that ugly carpet everywhere. Recommend you stay elsewhere until they pay more attention to the facility and making it clean for their guests.”
