“Cheap, on river, lots of parking close to restaurants. Stuffy dusty room with noisy heat. Good soaking and lap pool. Indifferent staff. They wanted $20 for a river view, they should be stumbling over customers to get them in the door - 90% vacancy with a strange used/abandoned car lot in the parking area”

“Overall this hotel needs lots of repair. The walls in the bathroom were chipped/bare wood. Very small TV. Granted we got an excellent $ but I really would have been mad if I had paid full price - THANK YOU PRICELINE. This was my 1st time using Priceline but I will be back. Also the Pool/Hot tub was very gross, we did not even use the facility even though we brought our swimsuits with the plan (especially by our 21 & 24yr old sons) to use both.”

“We stayed 2 nights at this hotel while visiting Silverwood. The hotel is about 30 minutes from the Themepark. The hotel was clean and comfortable. Would recommend this hotel to friends and family.”

“This hotel was clean and comfortable. However, the advertising was misleading in that the river is not visible or accessible. It was a long walk to get there and the private beach was very small!”

“This hotel was much more than
I expected. At only 2.5 stars
I was not expecting much, but it was very nice. It had a small gym, pool, hot tub, and even a great little outdoor cafe, by the river, where you could get food or even a cocktail to enjoy, outside in a picnic like setting. It was also very easy to find, and in a really nice quiet area.”

“For the price paid, there was absolutely no issues that are worth mentioning with this hotel. The outside entrance was a definite bonus as this was a non-smoking hotel. Parking was plentiful and we were always able to get a spot near to our room or main door to building.”

“Front desk was not overly friendly - had been told that we had two queens when we called that morning to confirm late arrival. Got there and there were none available only a queen for my 18 year old son and I. We were offered a view room for $20 more a night or we could have a roll away.- the rollaway wa about two inches thick - extremely uncomfortable.”

“The hotel was reasonably priced and relatively close to silverwood 30min or so. I would consider staying again although nothing really made it stand out from any other hotel.”

“Great price. Carpet was stained but the beds and pillows were the best I've seen outside of a 5 star hotel.”

“The hotel was an older property with a fair amount of remodeling done. The rooms seemed fairly clean and decent, but nothing spectacular. The pool was fairly small and did not offer any outside access. Restaurants appeared expensive.”

“The Red Lion is a hotel of decent quality in the Coeur D'Alene/Post Falls area. Room was clean but musty, had a small TV, an out of date hotel information book (with out of date restaurant and pool hours), and a very noisy heater. Ice machine was broken on my floor. The restaurant offers decent portions, although the food is somewhat bland and greasy. Pool is small, but the hot tub decently-sized. Workout room equipment is in need of repair, with at least one of the machines out of order. Have stayed at this hotel before. Grounds are clean, though, and the view is excellent. Staff is friendly and helpful. Good family hotel.”

“I really enjoyed this hotel. It was well-appointed, had free Wi-Fi, and was pretty quiet. It's located along the river, which was very pretty. I had breakfast at the restaurant which was very good. I'll definitely come back.”
