• The remodel of the bathroom was nicely done with a nice tub & the beds were quite comfortable.
• The air conditioner didn't work, the room smelled of stale smoke for being non-smoking.

“The staff was ok friendly. I would hope to try a different hotel if we stay in that area again, but I would stay here again.”

• The most comfortable hotel bed I have ever slept on.

“Awesome hotel! A bit older but very clean and quiet with wonderful views of the river and marina below. Really comfortable bed! My room had a little balcony with a door which was nice in the summer. Hotel staff was nice and the restaurant food was very good.”

• Breakfast was fabulous out on the deck overlooking the water.
• A little hard to find.

“The rooms were very nicely decorated, very clean, breakfast was awesome out on the deck overlooking the water. Would be nice if the pool had extended hours.”

• Very nice atmosphere, comfortable beds.
• No refrigerator/microwave.

“My grandson and I had a very nice time, wish we would have been there longer to enjoy the pool. Would have been nicer had I not gotten sick with the flu but hotel was nice and I have recommended it to family and friends. We will definitely stay here again.”

• The restaurant was very nice and easy to get to.
• I didn't realize I had an option of the river view rooms. Our room looked out on the parking lot and had a door to the parking lot.

“The room was very quiet and comfortable. The hotel had very good access to the I-90.”

• No continental breakfast, no coffee in room.

“Overall, we had a good stay. We were kind of disappointed when we arrived and the front desk clerk was chatting with a fellow employee (looked to be a maintenance worker) about the difference between water testing and aqua testing. She looked at us when we walked in and went back to talking to the other employee. We stood there for almost 10 minutes waiting for them to finish their conversation (it really was a petty conversation that could have waited while someone waited on us). There was no continental breakfast during our stay. When we realized that we had a coffeemaker in our room, but no coffee, we called the front desk and told that if we wanted coffee, we needed to come to the front desk and get it. A little frustrating when you wake up, get the coffee ready, realize there is no coffee, all the while still in your pj's with no teeth or hair brushed!”

• The room was very nice and a good size.
• The TV was way too small.

“The hotel was very nice and the location right on the river with it's own private beach was an added benefit. I liked that they had an exterior door in addition to the normal interior door. It would be nice to have a TV bigger than the 19" that was in the room.”

“Nice location for a getaway. Friendly staff. Room was nothing special. Appeared to have had a refrigerator in past, but was no longer there. My son enjoyed the indoor pool and Jacuzzi.”

• Rooms were comfortable.
• Front desk processing time horribly slow; food in restaurants slow and below average; no business center, no comp breakfast.

“Rooms were comfortable and clean and updated in the E wing. The front desk was saddled with an inadequate processing system--extremely slow! The pool was small and very cold. There was no complimentary breakfast, which was a big disappointment.”

• Cleaning issues, converted hotel to non-smoking-but those rooms still smell.

“I requested a king bed and did got two doubles-was moved to a king and it smelled like smoke covered by airfreshener. Moved a third time and the room was just not very clean-but kept it was tired of moving. Food was bad. I did notify manager and she said she would give me another night at no cost-but after a week I have not seen anything as stated.”

• It was close to where I needed to be.
• There were items left from the previous patrons. I had to go outside to get to the main lobby.

“Great for what I needed. I was in Idaho to visit my son so I didn't stay at the hotel much. The room was warm, private and comfortable. When I arrived I couldn't check in until 3 pm (their stated check in time). When I did get into my room it was clean but there were empty water bottles in the bathroom, used soap in the shower, an empty plate and silverware and portions of a day old newspaper left from the previous patrons. I didn't want to be picky because I was paying less than most for my hotel room. Other than that everything was great. The two people I met working at the desk were very nice and helpful. Oh, the bottled water is not complimentary, the cost is $2.00! (I didn't read the fine print).”

• Not large enough balcony.

“The hotel staff was friendly and had us in our room in less than 5 minutes. We needed to change the number of beds in the room at the last minute and were accommodated immediately. We had four pillows on each bed and bottled water, coffee and tea in our room. The room was cleaned to perfection.”
