• Amenities and breakfast are very excellent!
• Need to get another waffle-maker, so there wont be a long line for it.

• Very helpful staff.

“This hotel compares very favorably to others in the same cost range and location. Clean, attractive room that I'd expect to pay much more for, a staff that was friendly and helpful, and I was delighted to find a personal note and a small basket of simple snacks. I enjoyed after a long day of work. I'll be back.”

• The pool was chilly.

• Poor insulation did not block out hallway noise.

• It has the Sci-Fi Channel.
• It had Pepsi machines and not Coke machines.

• The room was excellent and breakfast was included which was unexpected and very nice.
• When checking in the hotel staff made it difficult.

“The hotel was in a good location for where we wanted to be. Our room was large, clean and exceeded our expectations. A welcome basket of amenities (toothbrush, etc.) was a nice touch. And breakfast was included and very nice. Upon check-in they made it a bit difficult as I did not have a credit card but my friend did. So they gave us a hard time about that. But after that everything was great.”

• I loved how big the room was and that they had a little note/welcome basket in the room for me.
• The parking was not a good situation. The hotel was booked that night so we had to park on the street.

“The room had two queen beds, a desk, big TV, dresser, microwave, fridge, and a sink and lots of room! I just loved how spacious it was!”

• Exceed expectations newly remodeled, clean, friendly and helpful staff, microwave, sink and fridge in room.
• Skimpy bath towels.

“Would recommend for economy travelers very clean, newly remodeled, easy access to San Diego. Staff was very helpful willingly gave us directions to get to different destinations. Exceeded my expectations.”

• Approximately 15 minutes from my destinations, good price, and friendly staff.
• Parking is very tight, the elevator & hallways seemed rundown.

“Overall I am very satisfied with this hotel. The staff was friendly, the room, lobby, and the pool were always clean. I would recommend to the hotel that they improve the parking spaces (which are very tight), and do some upgrades on the elevator and hallways of the hotel. What people looking for hotels need to keep in mind is that you are not going to be vacationing at the hotel (but mostly attractions), the hotel is just a place to return for sleep and to get cleaned up. If it is clean, safe, and the staff is good, that is all that really matters.”

• Excellent staff, very professional and helpful.
• Parking area is too small.

“Great place to stay for the price. Staff was very professional and helpful. Only down fall is the parking is not enough, so if you get in late at night after say 10:00 pm you might have a problem finding a place to park. Breakfast was good for the price, continental style. Close to interstate and places to eat and shop.”

• VERY clean, friendly staff, great breakfast, conveniently located.
• Not enough lighting in the room. Very dim. Couldn't see in the kitchen area or read in bed.

“This hotel is awesome. Staff was friendly and helpful, answered all my questions etc. Great breakfast in the lobby, lots of variety and good coffee! The location is great, lots of stores and Starbucks nearby. Very quiet! That's a big plus. My room just did not have enough light.”

“The rooms were large and comfortable, the lobby door was a bit cumbersome and this was the only access since there were no side or back doors, only one way in and out through a sliding/rolling door.”

• Nice rooms, friendly staff, away from the freeway noise and close to coffee shops.
• Not too easy to access and off the interstate.
