• Convenience of grocery store and restaurants.
• Rooms were
  very small,
  AC did not work and very gloomy.

“Did not get money's worth. Very boring and dull. The rooms are small, with not much room to relax. Beds are blocking the air-condition units. Air circulation is blocked.”

• They were willing to work with us.
• Swimming pool too small.

“Although there was a football game the same weekend we were there, and there ended up being a fight on the third floor. The hotel personnel handled everything very quickly. We were very comfortable the next day when all of the rowdy fans were gone. We had a great stay and would definitely stay again.”

• Price was cheap, and hotel looked clean.
• Pool area was too small, computer room kind of stinky.

“The hotel was renovated, everything looked new and clean. Some of the outlet covers in the room were not securely screwed to the wall (not safe). The hotel was close to shopping and restaurants. The remote control and a phone was not properly working in the room, so we had to switch rooms, the hotel staff had no problem giving us new room it was bigger than the first one, enough for five people and the baby.”

• The room was beautiful and surpassed my expectation in cleanliness and comfort. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.
• The elevator on our end of the hotel smelled terrible and the fitness center was had sparse and cheap equipment.

“Overall, we enjoyed out stay. The room was gorgeous, the staff was great, the location was perfect. There were some minor unsatisfactory details (smelly elevator, cheap equipment in the fitness center, no continental breakfast, and a weak air conditioner), but in the end the minor details did not hamper our stay, and I would definitely staff at this hotel again.”

• Good bath.
• Bad elevator.

“This hotel is renovating when we stayed. So I can't estimate a normal leveling and evaluation. Anyway, They didn't serve the break first even though they should according to the ad. But they are trying to change their bad condition through that renovation. Especially bath is very good. My family lives very much.”

• I was very disappointed.
• The place was trashed. I overpaid for a small room while the place was being remodeled.

“The entire place was under construction. It was unsafe, dirty, small, the TV didn't work, the pool was green and smelly and the staff was rude. I could have stayed on the ocean.”

“Its three stories and two floors were under construction, the continental breakfast milk was warm and the cereal was old. How can you send someone to a place like this? Don¿t you check the place out or are you just flying blind and don¿t really care.”

• It was close to home.
• No towels.

“This hotel is a complete mess. It is under construction and the rooms are half taken apart. Towels were not available everyday and never did a maid come to our room with towels. We had to go the front desk and request towels everyday. Could not hook TV to game player for children. Only one luggage cart for entire hotel. This hotel should be closed during renovation.”

• Hotel was dirty, smelly and disgusting with thugs all over.

“I arrived at the motel and the lobby was less than expected, grubby looking. I was given my room which I reserved as non-smoking and when I arrived at the room, it was a smoking room. I called the office to inform them, they would not accommodate me with the room I had originally reserved. I returned the keys and left. I am allergic to cigarette smoke. ”

• Dirty pool, rude in-effective staff.

“Hotel was a complete mess. Bird droppings all around the pool, front desk staff had the attitude that to ask them for towels, keys etc, was a huge inconvenience to them. Breakfast was a joke as the fuse kept blowing every 2 minutes knocking out the toaster, juice machine and waffle maker.”

• It was cheap.
• Woke up to a power sander at 7 am.

“The hotel was under renovation, so there was a lot of dust in the air. This is not good for people with allergies like me. I was also woken up at 7 am by a power sander. The rooms did need renovation. I just wish they wouldn't have done it so early in the morning. They are in an area close to restaurants, shopping, and attractions. The hotel should be much better once the renovations are done.”

• The rooms had lots of space for a family of 4. The location was perfect for us.
• The room could have had more outlets.

“I just wish I had known that the hotel was in the middle of remodeling. With all the dust that includes. I am sure that the hotel will be great after they are done. I think I would give them a second chance after the remodeling. Then my rating may change.”
