• Close to Wild Animal Park.
• Terrible beds and pillows.

“This hotel, sorry, motel. The breakfast is a meager assortment of muffins and unripe fruit. The mattress was torn, lumpy and sagging, and the (only) 2 pillows were so flat and lumpy, I woke up with a stiff neck and back. However, the staff was very friendly, and it is very close to San Diego Wild Animal Park.”

• Absolutely filthy.

• it's close to HOOTERS.
• It's dirty. There were cigarette burn holes in the comforter,

“Can I say! We had to swat insects inside the room. Never go barefoot on the carpet, it's gross. It needs to be changed or at least shampooed. The comforter has cigarette burn holes! The fridge doesn't work. I can't say anything good about this place. Ok it's cheap but jeez.”

• The manager was GREAT! very helpful.
• The mattress spring had a huge hole on the side facing the door, couldnt see until the bed sheets were open for use.

“I will check the room on the next hotel we stay, & if not satisfactory would stay. We stayed because of our time constrains, but will not happen again. The manager, the cleaning lady was very helpful & pleasant. The first night we were entertained by the guests on top room, the second by the guests on the room next door...no ceiling/wall insulation to mute occupants.”

• Cheap price and location close to freeway.
• Old and dated. Bed worn out, board with nails- safety issue.

“Comp orange juice and muffins. Small lobby, very similar to a Motel 6. Good for an overnight stay and place to rest. You get what you pay for.”

“The welcoming staff had the flu and coughed and sneezed everywhere. The room was terrible - dirty, toilet would not flush properly,bathtub backup,floors were dirty, paint peling, landscape unkept.”

• I did not like this hotel at all. Customer service and cleanliness of the hotel is worst.
• Cleanly ness and customer service of the hotel is worst. This worst customer service I have faced so far.

“I do not suggest this hotel to any one with my experience. Complimentary break fast is not that good. Customer service provided by the owner cum receptionist is worst.”

• The price was great and it was close to The Elephant Bar.
• The queen size bed was about the size of a full size.

“The people were very nice but the queen size bed was not a queen size but a full size. The carpets needed to be shampooed. Walking barefoot for a few hours made our feet black. The air conditioner didn't work very well.”

“Door to the room. Didn't feel secure; like you could punch a hole through it. The reason the windows were already opened. The room smelled bad because the carpet near the bathroom was damp. I wish someone had mentioned there's a Hooters Restaurant on-site (not good for a family).”

• Price and location.
• Toilet didn't work well. Ordered a queen size bed but got a full.

“The hotel is OK, if you're looking to stay at an inexpensive place. The staff were friendly, the rooms are kind of small, but OK. Biggest complaint was ordering a queen bed and only getting a full.”
