“The room was old and they didn't have a oven, just a two burner stove top. It was extremely dirty our toilet was clogged. The groundsman was plugging the toilet when we got to the room. We reserved the room for two nights and the second night we were there a guy walked in our room, they gave him a key card to our room!”

“It was clean and functional. our room had a full size kitchen in it with stove and fridge. Restaurant was next door. Walking distance to the Trolley.”

“Great value for the money paid. Nice sized room, with kitchen. Mattress wasn't the best, could feel the springs. Great continental breakfast - they even had waffle makers. Friendly staff. The towels were thin and smaller. Good location, as long as you have a car to get around.”

“Not the best hotel for this price. Uncomfortable room.”

“This hotel was what I expected for the price. Staff was efficient, maid service was good. The room carpet was filthy - walked around in clean socks and they were black in 15 minutes. The kitchenette counter was sticky and there was an old bath cap hanging on the back of the bathroom door. It was quiet and the laundry and pool facilities were adequate. The pool could use cleaning. The TV was fine and the kitchenette was very convenient. If traveling on a budget this is a good option.”

“The room was relatively clean. Very outdated furniture, carpet not clean. Bathroom floor tiles missing exposing dirt floor. Outer appearance of hotel was dirty so first impression was an unsafe environment/neighborhood.”

“This hotel was in a fairly descent location, and very economically feasable. I did not like the fact that both the lobby staff and room service staff spoke either very broken or no English. I also did not like the fact, that after realizing I had left my phone charger there, the hotel would not send it to me.”

“My wife cried when she saw the lady and cried again when we walked into our room. We spend the day at my daughter's place and only came back to sleep.”

“Unpleasant experience. I was expecting a suite, not a room under construction. The room was a good size and the bed & pillows were there, but the kitchen and bathroom were not complete. No sink in the kitchen & no mirror in the bathroom, and some of the drywall was not complete in the bathroom. Also there was not a trash can, and no option to check-out from the television.”

“The staff was pleasant and helpful. The first room assigned had no hot water. Neither room had dishes, utensils, pans or a stove. The motel is old and renovation has started, but little progress has been made.”

“In general this was the worst hotel experience that we have ever encountered. You enter the property and there are 2 overflowing garbage cans meeting you. The staff is not friendly at all. They cannot speak English. They also are not competent. We were assigned a room that was occupied by someone else. Room was dirty. No towels in room. Stains and holes in sheets. This is the lowest level hotel available.”

“Hotel with a pleasant atmosphere. The have a nice continental breakfast with a waffle maker. It is conveniently located off of the I-8 and it is in close range to a supermarket, the Trolley and some restaurants.”

“Did not like this hotel because: Dead bees in and all around the pool area. We had no sink in the kitchen and yet our kitchen was flooded with drain water from an open pipe under the counter. Bath tub had pubic hairs from prior tennent. Elevators were operating with expired certificates. They expired in February of this year. No ice available! Breakfast had a waffle maker that had 8 people in line to use. Never got a chance to make one.”

“When approaching the hotel we called (3 times) for directions and couldn't understand the person on the desk and were given wrong directions delaying us 40 min. The room had plumbing problems, there was only one bath towel and no soap. Being a suite, there was not one thing to cook or clean with, although the stove, refrigerator and cabinets were adequate. It was quiet at night.”

“The hotel was in an excellent location and the price was unmatched. The room was clean as far as the important items went, i.e. bedding and restrooms. However the room's renovation appeared to have been abandoned, there were missing tiles in the restroom under the sink, the kitchenette area was lacking a sink and the dishwasher was not plugged in or affixed to anything. Instead of replacing cabinets they opted to paint over the old ones which was not attractive at all and anything with upholstery (sofa and chairs) was badly stained. The pool was clean and easily accessible. We would stay there again.”

“This is definitely an economy hotel. The bathroom was very small and the room smelled old and musty. You are not getting any extras, however it was clean and the front desk person was friendly and helpful. If you want a room that is clean, and with a comfortable bed that you won't be spending much time in, this is perfect. Just don't expect anything more.”
