• Finding the hotel, no signs to turn.

• Was very clean!
• Had to wait to check in. No one was at the front desk, just a phone & # but no one answered! However, staff was nice.

• Very helpful.
• We had to update the keys everyday.

“And when we got to the hotel we had to pay with a different credit card. So maybe a little more clarification as to if it is indeed paid or not!”

• Free parking.
• Room wasn't ready; it wasn't cleaned; ashes in tray; and no towels.

“This was the worst hotel experience I've ever had. I will not be paying for this stay; in fact I had to make different arrangements for the second night. This was bad even for a Days Inn. Management should immediately fire the manager and associate manager.”

• We liked having breakfast as part of the price.
• The lights were out in many places and our room wasn't refreshed each day.

“This hotel is closer to Idaho then most. It is out of the way for shopping and dining. It was a family friendly place so that was good.”
