• Relatively cheap and close to the freeway.
• It is across the street from a Motel 6 that Parolees get dropped off at according to the locals.

“Hotel was ok, relatively clean, and cheap. Locations wasn't the most wonderful. Financially strapped? Stay here.”

• The food was okay.
• The door to the bathroom wouldn't close.

“A very dirty hotel. There were no smoking signs everywhere and some people were smoking. Kid-unfriendly and dirty. A green, trash-filled, small swimming pool is in an inconvenient place.”

• Location.
• Bed very uncomfortable.

“I've stayed in several different hotels over the past five years or so some very luxurious to economy and this hotel would be at the bottom of the list. I realized why I dislike those with exterior entrances; seems to be a lot more noise. I woke up multiple times due to my back hurting and got up to leave much earlier than planned as a result.”

• Room was clean and smelled great.
• Swimming pool was part of reason for stay. Pool was closed.

• Clean, easy to get to and a great price for the location.
• The front desk person was efficient but crask.

“It has all the amenities of a refrigerator, micro, iron, and television plus the a good staff that attends to complaints immediately. The location is convenient to the freeway with restaurants in walking distance.”

• Everything, the bed was horrible, the soap was opened and used.

“Not worth the money and was dirty and loud, pool has dirt at the bottom and the room was horrible.”

• Very quiet.
• Maid service was bad.

“Very quiet rooms. The beds were the most uncomfortable we have ever slept in. After being gone at 9 am and returning at 4 pm, the room was still not cleaned. We had to hunt down housekeeping for towels, even after hanging them up so we could use them again, housekeeping just came in and took the towels.”

• Very near the Trolley station.
• The arrangement of the wash basin, no exhaust fan in lavatory.

“Convenient and good for a short stay at a economical price. Rooms are cleaned daily. Staff is good.”

• Very close to restaurants and attractions.
• No sink in the bathroom itself.

“This hotel was great.
I would have liked more choices as far as the breakfast goes, but other than that we had a nice stay at the best western.
A good family hotel for sure.”

• Very friendly and helpful. Great location.
• Dirty carpet, wish breakfast was until 10am.
