“It would have been fine if this hotel was rated a one star or lower. Area around hotel was under construction, which was not stated in emails or when I phoned and spoke to front desk. Construction made it harder to get around immediate area of hotel. Rooms were not cleaned until late afternoon and bathroom toilet kept running 24/7. Also would not flush properly. TV was not easy to work, and closed captioning would appear without warning and there was no way to remove it. Room was facing highway, which made for noisy environment.”

“The hotel is fine and worth the $, no more. It is clean and convenient but definitely more for the person passing by, needing a clean bed. There is no WiFi, which makes it not as convenient for business and it's not a romantic place. It's very straightforward.”

“The freeway side is nice can't hear it from the room at all. Until 9 pm when they started jack hammering.
Other then moving rooms 2 times the stay wasn't bad.”

“Helene, the evening clerk told me there was no room available in spite of my reservation and a call to confirm. She offered us a room 20 miles away, then offered us a smoking room, then finally gave us the room we had reserved. I had to seem angry to get her to do this. I don't understand why I had to go through this.”

“It was noisy. The first room was not clean, wall in bathroom was dirty and room had a smell. Had to request to be moved the next day. I got the worst room in the whole facility for noise and not equipped as well as the second one, I requested to be moved. ”

“The directions to get to the hotel were a little confusing. While it is just off the freeway exit, it is located behind the mobiles station¿s spent more than 15 minutes trying to get to this location. The front desk gave us excellent directions to restaurant and a map to downtown san Diego.”

“Everything that a traveler needed was there. The free breakfast was cereal and muffins. They had waffles (the frozen variety) It was a nice quiet clean motel with a friendly staff.”
