• Fridge/micro in room, room layout, great breakfast and breakfast area.
• Toenail (not mine) on bathroom floor.

“Very nice rooms with refrigerators and microwaves. Great features, such as the breakfast room and pool/spa. Great decor and interior design. Building was also very secure.”

• We loved the 24-hour swimming pool and gym.
• They were under staffed and had a hard time meeting all the families needs.

“We had a great time at this hotel. Our children, 13, 9 and 16 months, loved the 24hour swimming pool and continental breakfast. Our 13 year old loved the choices. The room fit our needs perfectly. This hotel has easy access to both Idaho and downtown Spokane. There was a lot to do. We loved it! Thank you!”

• The breakfast was good and the person that monitored the breakfast was really nice.
• The hotel's pool was being redone and that was one of the reasons why I choose this hotel.

“It was a great stay for me and my sisters. We wanted to have a weekend away with a home base at a hotel. The breakfast was awesome and the lady that ran it was really, really nice. They even had huge bookshelves full of books if you were bored. Two thumbs up.”

• It was located near the Interstate with good access.
• Many of the facilities were being remodeled, no access to the workout room, pool, or hot tub.

“The Peppertree Liberty Lake is a typical Best Western Hotel that offers nice appointments in a modest fashion for those on leisure or business travel.”

• I liked that it had a king, queen, and a sofa bed.
• It was ugly, smelly, dirty, and noisy.

“My family and I stay in hotels monthly on trips and this was by far one of the worst hotels we have ever stayed at. We will never stay here again. The room was filthy, no trash bags in the trash cans, stains on the sheets and box spring mattress, the carpet had stains, the door to the hallway was not sound proof, it was hallow, and had a 2 inch gap from the floor. The pool was dirty. These are just to Name a few of the many issues we experienced in a family suite at the best western in liberty lake, WA. (Which is in a nice community, near a Porsche & hummer dealerships)? We had two TVs in our room, one in the main room, then in the added room with the queen bed, and we couldn't watch movies because the front desk couldn't figure out how to control the boxes, in the room or at the desk. We stayed from sat to sun and there was no manager to be found on either day. It was by far the worst experience. Again we stay all over the states, and we aim for 3-5 star accommodations, and this was not even a 2!”

• Everything convent in hotel type setting. Pool and spa very nice.
• Only a convince store and gas station within walking distance.

“This best western was probably the nicest we have been to. Only two years old and in a hotel setting. Complimentary breakfast very good, staff great, lobby warm and friendly. Pool was the best; it was 30 degree outside and indoor pool and spa very warm. Rooms nice and large. Setting is hotel type, not motel. Nice and quite. Third floor was being re carpeted while were there so little noisy after 9am. Nice media center also. Very happy with helpful staff. Never heard other guest noise and we were there 4 days and over a weekend. We will gladly stay there again. Thank you.”

• Fixed light in room fast.
• Cold hot tub.

“The room we stayed in was descent for the price and was cleaned well. The light was flickering in the bathroom but was fixed quickly by the staff. The hot tub was cold. Maybe only ten degrees warmer than the pool, which was a big let down. The breakfast was adequate but nothing special. It was convent to stay here in order to travel to both cooer d¿Alene and Spokane.”

• Close to interstate. Well priced. $62.
• Rude people at front desk.

“We enjoyed our stay. it is close to a bunch of stuff, but sort of isolated and private. Deluxe breakfast was average, but free. kids enjoyed pool. rooms was clean and quiet.”

• 24hr pool; computer with Internet access.
• Could not provide 2 cribs for our room. Charged $10 each for cribs & roll always each night.

“This hotel was very clean and nice. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again. I appreciated the 24hour pool and the business center with a computer and Internet access. The breakfast was excellent and staff was friendly.”

• The location was fantastic. Easy to get on and off the freeway
• The elevator was REALLY SLOW

“We were there for three nights on a "shopping trip" and it was great to get on and off the freeway and get to the places we wanted to go to. We had a couple of problems with the room and they were taken care of IMMEDIATELY!!! My friend and I were celebrating going on "Medicare" this month..... The breakfasts were great and things were picked up and cleaned up immediately... a really neat mini vacation...”
