• Old looking, small pool and spa.

“Clean, nice, friendly, new and convenient, the pool was a bummer, old, un-inviting and small with a whirlpool that didn't seem to heat up and was in direct line of high-traffic street.”

• We were greeted with a friendly smile. Great customer service! No small refrigerator or microwave in the room.

• cheap room, free parking and internet access.
• terrible location right off the highway, paper thin walls, and pool is right off the parkinglot and jack in the box drive thru. Not 3 star accom.

“Terrible location. We joked we could order Jack in the Box drive thru from our hotel window... that's if we had a window that openned. No balcony. Cheap room, more what you expect from a 2 star hotel. I was disappointed but hey, the price was right.”

• Room was clean. P.m. desk clerk was helpful.
• Room was HOT, dining room staff -UNFRIENDLY/RUDE, directions were poor.

“Overall, our stay was very brief and we really just wanted a clean place to overnight while in the area. The evening staff was friendly and helpful but the morning staff was less helpful and the dining room staff were not only rude but they were understaffed. Over half of the patrons were still awaiting food. We left before ordering due to the wait-staff. Overall, the hotel was clean and met the purpose. I will most likely not stay here again but it was good value for money.”

• Microwave and fridge in the room.
• Thin walls, you can hear what goes on above and beside you.

• Cheap.
• Carpet in room was stained and nasty.

“Dirty, stained carpet in room. Not enough staff, so we had to wait a while for check-in and other service at the front desk because there was only one person available. We didn't have towels and when we finally got them they were wet. We had to request towels because there weren't any left at pool side. The hotel smelled horrible and also reeked of cigarettes. It's supposed to be a no-smoking hotel! I would not stay at this hotel again. It was more like a motel.”

• Fairly quiet and convenient to back and forth to downtown.
• Need complimentary water in rooms, similar to coffee. Need refrigerators in rooms.

“The hotel was nice, the front desk employees friendly but not very knowledgeable about the freeways in the area. Pool was okay, I needed the spa after being on my feet all day at the zoo. There was an excellent Japanese Resturant within easy walking distance from hotel. Parking was free and easily accessed. I had a very pleasant stay and the people working outside and inside to keep the hotel clean were amazingly helpful everytime I needed help.”

• Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room had more than I was expecting for example an iron and ironing board.
• The hours of the kitchen being open. Breakfast was over at 10:30 with kids it is hard to get there this early after a late night stay.

• Location very near shopping and restaurants. Highway access fantastic.
• Lobby computers for internet access required credit card to use.

“Located right off highway, restaurants and stores (Walmart just a block away) very close, could walk to many. No free breakfast unfortunately, they should provide at least a continental. If you're staying over a Saturday night, be aware that there is a church group who rents conference room space on the main floor for a Sunday am service and does live music beginning at 10 am if you're on the second floor, you may feel, hear the beat of the bass guitar, drums for a good hour or so between 10 am and 11am.”
