“If you want to be out of the city, away from museums, restaurants the harbor and shopping, although freeway close this would be a fine hotel. In a large city 8 miles out is too far.”

“This Holiday Inn was not very clean, it had a bad odor in and out of the room. The hotel was under construction, so noise was a problem. It was supposed to be a three star hotel, I would of rated it a one and half star.”

“The hotel was in the right spot for us to reach all the sights we wanted to since the freeway was close by. It was comfortable & had all the conveniences we needed. Plus it was close to different stores & fast food places, so we wouldn't have to venture too far.”

“The hotel was undergoing some major improvements. When I checked in, there was no water. Staff member told me that the water will be on by 6pm. However, it was not on until 9pm and the hot water wasn't available until 9:30pm. Also, without any warning and informing, the water went out again in the middle of the night. They did not even have basic courtesy to inform customers of any changes or extended time period for fixing the water problem. I didn't even get any apology from the hotel. It's my first experience ever to stay in a hotel that did not have water for such a long period of time. If I didn't prepay for the hotel, I could have changed to another hotel where they offer water for the entire stay.”

“I loved the fact that it was very clean & kept clean throughout our 4 day stay. The staff was always kind and always smiling. The hotel was being renovated, so the parking lots and outdoor areas weren't very appealing. For one day, the water was being turned off, but the staff gave us written notice & gallons of water to use. The hotel is right next to the freeway, so it was a short 10-15 min drive to Downtown and attractions. There are no pretty views, so don't expect too much from that. Overall, we were happy with our stay.”

“We liked the hotel great location, decent size and quality of room. They provided us with a port a crib that was clean and had plenty of linen, which was nice. Good amenities. The restaurant downstairs was a little pricey, but good service was great very friendly staff. The only down side was the construction to the front of the building, and the oddly shaped parking lot (but the back parking lot was much nicer). I think once the construction is completed it will be even better!”

“This hotel was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Started with room service that even a dog would not eat. Carpet so filthy in front of vanity you must stand on a towel. A dirty needle was in the carpet and went up into my foot. Walls thin. Here drunks all night long and they do nothing about it. Reciprocal saw going at 830pm. Could not enter the hotel from the back, no signs posted, no working elevator. Asked to be moved they said ok it would be done when I returned, wasn't couldn't check out on TV, didn't work either short in lamp at bedside. Didn't replenish coffee etc. Could not wait to get out of there.”

“The location was good and it was clean. The room seemed small though. With having one of the beds broken and squeaky really ruined the stay. Then seeing holes in the bottom part of the sheet made me wonder how much they really car about their quality. I would not eat at this hotel as it was not good and very slow service.”

“They were working on the hotel and the parking lot which made parking difficult one night and one day we had to use the stairs and our room was on the top floor. Because of these things I didn't feel like the hotel should have been considered a 3 star hotel and when my Zoo cup disappeared, I was upset.”
