• kitchen available, right off highway.
• Dated, no pool.

• We got a smoking room. Never get a smoking room.

• Only 5 bucks for internet and liked kitchen microwave area.
• Charged extra 20 bucks for second bed in room.

“Very clean. Had to pay extra for 2nd bed. But overall it was a good basic hotel, no pool, that had the kitchen area and was clean and friendly, safe, free parking, and internet service.”

• Wonderful to have a kitchenette in the room!
• Dirty dish and dish rack. Rock hard bed.

“This hotel offers clean rooms with kitchenettes in reasonably good locations. I have stayed in quite a few and have had generally good experiences in all of them.”

• Nothing to like.
• Poorly maintained rooms and nasty facility in general.

“This hotel is aimed at construction workers on long jobs; not a leisure traveler looking for a clean room with a few amenities. Smelled like smoke. Dirty dishes when I walked in. Not a very comforting sign when I anticipate sleeping that evening. Very disconcerting. I left feeling happy to move on to the Hilton which while expensive, gave me peace of mind, that rooms would be cleaned out prior to renting.”

• Cleanliness, furniture, security, refrigerator, microwave, plates, glasses, pool, and laundry, very nice.
• None.

“I stayed at Extended Stay America. It is a very nice, clean, classy hotel. I would stay there anytime and recommend it to everyone. The rooms are very nice and clean.”

• The room looked like it was recently refurbished.
• The bed was too hard and no pool.

“The hotel location was close to all the attractions we visited and easily accessible from the freeway. The room looked like it was recently refurbished and clean. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The only negative is no pool and a very hard bed.”

• They tried to help with the situations that came up.
• It seemed that everywhere I went something was broken.

“It's okay if you just plan on sleeping there, but I had to notify the staff of several things that were broken. Some of the replacements given also broke. I felt like I was spending a lot of time going up and down the elevator to get the things I needed.
”

• I liked that it had a fridge and an iron.
• It didn't have shampoo and they didn't come in to make your bed and wish it would have had a pool.

“I enjoyed the hotel in a hole it would have been nice to have a few more channels on the TV and the staff could have explained what the hotel offered when I checked in. Over all we really enjoyed the stay and would recommend this hotel to a friend.”

• Had kitchen.
• Beds were very hard, not the cleanest.

“Rooms had nice kitchens, but very little kitchen ware like cups, etc. Hotel had very few amenities like no ice, no newspaper boxes, no night front desk staff. The room had food spills still on kitchen floor from previous people, and very hard beds with very flat pillows.”

• Convenient to downtown and family.
• Housekeeping left my room door open after servicing it!

“Was very close to where I was going. Loved that! I did not like that there was housekeeping once a week and that was the day before we checked out! Did not like that they did not shut the door behind them after they cleaned the room!”

• I liked the convenient freeway access, close to shops and restaurants.
• Rooms are very outdated, TV is very small, no pots and pans, carpets are dirty.

“The rooms are really very outdated. The carpets are very dirty and the stains haven't been cleaned. The room smelled like disinfectant spray as I walked into it the first time. You wouldn't need the disinfectant spray if you just properly steam clean the carpet on a regular basis. I recommend this hotel only for short stays (2 days max) as you'll go crazy if you have to stay longer. For some reason they have a stove top burner but do not have pots and pans for you to cook in. That's just weird.”

• Thin walls, awful pillows.

“The walls were so thin I could here the people next door making breakfast at 5 am and people upstairs thumping around all night. I had the worst night sleep ever in that hotel. They need to invest in new pillows and upgrade that loud AC system. Try the Holiday Inn down the street instead.”
