• Clean, comfortable beds and nice décor.
• Low water pressure in the shower.

“Our stay was quite satisfactory overall. There was a good amount of counter space for hairdryers, rollers, etc. so my husband and I each had enough room for our "stuff". The decor was pleasant and the room was very clean. I liked the separate vanity area outside the bathroom. We definitely needed more water pressure in the shower.”

• Can hear the freeway traffic if on bottom floor and facing the freeway.

• The rooms were plush and the staff was very courteous.
• The hallways smelled really bad.

“My over all stay was very pleasurable. It would have been perfect if the hallways did not smell so bad.”

• Beds were comfortable and pillows plush.
• No thermostat to regulate temperature in the room; too hot or too cold.

“Very nice hotel, clean and neat, with great rooms and lots of amenities; fridge, microwave, coffee pot, etc. we did not get a chance to use the pool/spa nor did we eat breakfast there due to our schedule. we enjoyed ourselves for the limited time we stayed in the room.”

• Location was perfect local to all of my needs.
• Pool and hot tub and it was out of order for entire stay.

“The hotel was quiet even when full, Breakfast had several options for everyone. The coffee was great. The only problem was the persons in charge of the pool and hot tub had several nice days to reopen and they made no attempt to accommodate a full house of guests. I think If I managed this property I would keep all guest services up and running. Other than that the hotel was great!”
