“Modern, thoughtfully designed and decorated. Staff and management made me feel welcome. Facilities very clean. Very nice exercise facilities. All work processes at hotel are well designed and executed. Highly recommend San Diego Omni.”

• Become a member, get free Wi-Fi, morning beverage, newspapers, pressed clothes!
• Trains passing through the night toot loudly! Use provided earplugs if you are a light sleeper.

• Great location clean rooms and nice view from the 17th floor.
• Lack of attention from the front desk and staff.

I found it to be better than avarge and with a great location, though theres parking across the street they should have a parking validation for guest so we can get a price break on parking but thats wishfull thinking. Train didnt bother me.”

• I loved the amenities for my children. I will come back because it is family friendly.
• The pool was nice but too small.

• Just 200 feet away from a San Diego Trolley stop.
• Internet access in the business center was overpriced at $6.95 for 15 minutes.

“Excellent location directly adjacent to the Gaslamp District and Petco Park, and just across the train tracks from the convention center. Easy access to public transportation with a trolley stop just 200 feet away from the front door. Attractive rooms and a noon checkout are a plus.”

• The location, the pool and the staff were excellent as was the overall appearance of the hotel.
• The bathtub and hotel room weren't exceptionally clean.

“The Omni San Diego is a gorgeous hotel in an excellent location convenient to everything you want to do in the area including the zoo, the ballpark, the Gaslamp district, etc. The hotel staff could not have been more friendly or helpful. For what I pricelined my room for, the stay was amazing!”

• Charge a lot for things that should be included or small fee - internet, parking.

• The view was magnificent.
• Parking was a little steep.

“The Omni - San Diego is a first rate property. The staff were very friendly and professional. The hotel is clean and well maintained. The building is beautiful with wonderful artwork throughout. The location offered something for everyone, located right next to Petco Park for baseball fans and adjacent to the Gaslamp District for those who like the night life. The pool area is very attractive and inviting with an outdoor fireplace to take the evening chill off! Highly recommended.”

• They took great care of us, upgraded our room to an upper room with an awesome view of San Diego.

“The Omni Hotel is my new favorite hotel in San Diego. We travel to San Diego often because it is my home town and we use Priceline every time we book a room. The Omni hotel was by far the best hotel I have stayed at so far especially considering the fact that we were going to the Padres game at Petco which is across the street. I called ahead like I always do and told the front desk clerk that I would be arriving with two small children and thus would need 2 beds. The gentleman not only accommodated my needs but upgraded our room to an upper floor and asked me if I wanted a bay view or a downtown view. If I have one complaint it was the sliding door for the bathroom which did not offer enough privacy when it was closed.”

• Great service, great beautiful room excellent view. Well mannered attendants, the only thing was the expensive parking which should be free.
• The parking payment so high.
