• Rooms were comfortable, and staff was excellent.
• The desk chair was threadbear and split.

“Great location, easy freeway access. Hotel staff was very accommodating. Good security. Rooms are clean and comfortable with great kitchenettes. I would recommend this hotel for nice inexpensive travel.”

• The friendly staff and convenient location compensated for the mediocrity of the property itself.
• I expected the room itself to be a little nicer.

“The location certainly met my needs for this trip. The staff was really friendly and helpful. As I was not in the room very much it was adequate.”

• Loud, across from a hospital, sirens blaringly

“The staff was courteous, very clean room, nice linens, well prepped for our arrival with complimentary water bottles and snacks, Elevator was slow, deluxe continental breakfast here meant cheap donates, waffles, and cereal, plus juice and coffee. That's it. But it was okay, better than nothing. Very tight parking we should not have had to pay for. Great restaurants nearby.”

• We got a 1 bedroom suite for a reasonable price. The people at the hotel were very nice!
• The rooms and furnishings were a bit shabby.

“We were able to get a 1-bedroom suite for a reasonable price in San Diego. All of the hotel staffs were very friendly and helpful. The location was excellent. Walking distance to some nice restaurants and right between Sea World and San Diego Zoo. The pool area was very pretty and the complimentary breakfast and parking were nice. Our only complaint was that the rooms and furnishings were a bit old and shabby.”
