• The hotel room had a small kitchen included, which is a nice option for people wanting to dine in.
• The lobby closed at 10 pm.

“The hotel lobby closed at 10 pm. Luckily, I arrived at 9 pm to check in. Room was a smoking room, which was unpleasant as we don't smoke and don't particularly enjoy the smell. Unfortunately, I didn't notice that there were no towels in the bathroom until after the lobby was closed, which meant I had to wait until the next morning to be able to get towels and shower. Early the next morning, I was woken up by what sounded like a jack hammer. I believe it was actually the pluming from one of the adjoining rooms. Not a pleasant sound to wake up to! Luckily, I checked out the next morning. In total, I think I was in the hotel for about 12 hours, if that.”

• No shampoo in bathroom.

“Nice hotel for families or long-stay travelers. Meet mainly for long-stays rooms have kitchen area. Made traviling with small children easy.”

• Good staff, nice outside location and near to freeway.
• Bathroom was not clean and shampoo was not provided.

• Had everything I needed including stove and fridge which was nice, didn't have to eat out everyday.
• Would have liked a pool and Jacuzzi, and the beds are a little too firm.

“Great for longer stays, set up really well for business trips, and I felt really comfortable and safe.”

• Cleanliness, the bathroom floors were stick and not well keep. The rooms are not pickup daily.

• Its closeness to the freeway.
• It is booked as a long term hotel when in reality it is a motel six with a refrigerator.

“After spending a few minutes trying to find the hotel I arrived to a 10 minute wait in the lobby while the clerk finished discussing his date with a co-worker. When I arrived at the room the room was low budget, likened to a 1 star road motel with a refrigerator. The rooms are small and even the non smoking room had a smell to it. the beds were hard and the pillow flat. The Television had a small selection with very poor reception. I would not recommend this hotel, save your money and go to Motel six at least you know what your getting for your money there.”

• Only one queen bed for too guys!

“It was fine clean and had a little kitchen we were at the back and it was quiet, air con worked well and plenty of coffee! The only problem was only one bed for 3 of us but they gave us lots of extra pillows and blankets and they were very nice and busy too.”

• Quiet, everything worked, was clean, located away from highway.
• Rather bland design.

“Located in what is predominantly an office-park area, this hotel offered a good deal in an attractive hillside setting that was still convenient to the beaches and other San Diego attractions.”

• Fantastic location to family attractions.
• Parking became problematic during peak times.

“Easy access to main travel highways so Sea World and the San Diego Zoo were less than 15 min. away. Hotel staff was pleasant and answered all sightseeing questions. Very knowledgeable of the area.”

• No maid service for 7 days without extra fee.

“First and for most they do not have a person to come and make your bed or take out your trash nor change your towels unless you are there for 6-7 days. Secondly they have to have the worst mattresses ever. If you can take a mattress topper. It was not comfortable at all.”

• Close proximity to Qualcomm Center.
• Sofa cushions had stains on them so room didn't feel clean.

“One of the few in San Diego with no swimming pool. We just wanted basic place to sleep and shower between events at Qualcomm so it served our purposes, but definitely not a place you'd want to hang out.”
