“I really thought this was just a little step above a three star hotel. The location was amazing. The room was small for a 4 star hotel however. The lobby was really nice however and they offered free massages 2-3 times per week. You had to pay for internet in your room, however, there was free internet in the lobby which was extremely slow and signed off all the time. The elevators were also slow and on the first night my iron was not working. I explained to the front desk that I needed a replacement soon. The bellboy took 40 minutes to get a new one. At times the bellboy never opened the door when I was leaving the hotel with luggage in my hands. The perks were nice general hot tub by pool, extremely comfy bed, nice towels and bathrobe, nice lounge chair, and nice lobby to sit down and do work. Finally elevators are extremely slow and try not to get a room next to elevators on banquet floor otherwise you will not sleep as a drunken reception leaves. 3.5/5 stars. Finally location is excellent.”

“I have never slept better in a hotel room. It was also kind of cool being able to walk to the mall (had a great lunch there. One evening the person in the next room sneezed about 50 times, but it didn't have any effect on my sleep. It was just a little annoying to list to while it was happening.”

“For the price and star level this hotel lacked amenities found at much lower star levels such as free wireless internet, speedy elevators, signs posted apologizing for "mess" from renovations. This hotel does not deserve to be held in comparison to the Marriott's and Hyatt's of the world.”

“Hotel is more suited to business travelers. No dressers in any room (according to front desk when I tried to get another room). Kind of inconvenient when staying more than two days and literally living out of your suitcase. Parking was a little overpriced considering you pay a couple hundred dollars per night to stay here. Very quiet rooms, comfortable beds, but not suited for families. Great location to stay at when driving to major attractions or walking around town.”

“This is not a four-star hotel by any means, it is a three-star at best. Rooms were average, bathroom was small. Elevator service was horrific, 5-10 minute wait consistently. Rooms and hallways need renovation, looks old and tired. Could have gotten a room like this at any number of places for much less money.”

“They told us they were going to give us a King bed upgrade from 2 doubles, and then said they made a mistake and didn't give it to us. Room was a tad shabby, but still clean and nice. The elevator took forever, stopping at all the floors even when nobody was there.”

“Excellent location, Good front staff. Great beds, big room. Complaints to front office met with sympathy, but little action. Poor execution on part of operational staff. Otherwise good but cannot overemphasize that operational staff, bed making, requested repairs not done, was disturbing.”

“I think this is a great hotel. It's not the prettiest but it's in a fantastic location, the personnel who work there were exceptional, and we got everything we needed. My biggest complaints are that the bath products were not what I would have wanted and that the elevators were slow because the hotel is currently under renovation.”

“The hotel room was adequate, but not worth the rack rate. If I hadn't gotten this room at this price, I would have never stayed here. The sheets are like sandpaper. The room was humid. The toilet paper holder broke when it was touched.”
