• Good location.
• Room smelled disgusting.

“This motel is in bad need of upgrades. The handle to the bathroom was all but falling off and the room smelled very musty. They advertise a breakfast that consisted of some stale muffins and danishes. The milk for the cereal was in one gallon plastic containers that was not refrigerated and left open. I would at least expect a sanitary storage dispenser like most motels. We've stayed at many super 8 motels that we liked, but this one certainly does not make the grade.”

• Close to business center.
• Hotel was not clean & smelled like smoke.

“I would not recommend this hotel unless you are a smoker. The room was below par, not much room, no working coffee machine, the tub was dirty and broken, had cracks, and bad shower head. Would say try another hotel first.”

• The room was full of cockroaches!!

“It needs to be condemmed, very unclean. You could see outside light all the way around the room door. Very disgusting we ended up staying in a different motel for our second night.”

• Friendly staff.
• Too small, cramped, no coffee in the room. Fox news channel did not have any sound.
  

“I enjoyed my stay - I got to sleep in extra hour- daylight savings in effect for check out time. Convenient to highway. Dining table was convenient, friendly, helpful staff at the desk. Appreciated the elevator.

• Not too far from sea world or downtown. That's a plus.
• The parking was bad and so was the staff.

“I cant believe that we had to park down the street because there parking lot was full at 11:00 pm and then the staff was no help too. Oh breakfast was bad to.”

• Cheap, convenient, good place to stay when all you need in a hotel is a place to sleep.
• Small.

“Good location with a lot of great places nearby-upscale mall, movie theatre, Restaurants, fast food and grocery stores.”

• The location was good.
• No wireless internet room was small and cramped.

“I was not impressed with this hotel, the hotel staff was not out going or friendly, and there was not internet access in the room. The room we had 412 was very cramped for two people. I would not stay there again.”

“Nice location, but that is about it. Very small cramped rooms, shower head was falling off, stained bed linens. Even the vending machines were out of most selections and you needed exact change, the hotel was apparently not responsible for change not returned. Overall a poor experience even for a 1-star hotel.”

• It was clean. That's it.
• There was no parking, cars were double parked. Night staff was rude and inconsiderate.

“It is way overpriced for the service you get. The room was clean, but tiny. The night customer service representative was just wow, rude, unfriendly, uncooperative and woke me up with a phone call in the middle of the night to ask my license plate number. There was no parking and cars were double parked, when I complained about it, he said there was nothing he could do, which I found interesting since he insisted on my license plate number and to park next door at where there was not parking either. I will never stay here again. Never.”

• Carpet was filthy, mold growing out of the air conditioner, no fridge, no microwave.

“It was in a good location, but the carpet felt almost sticky is was so dirty. Also, there was no fridge or microwave or iron/ironing board in the room. You had to ask for the iron and if they had one available they would loan one to you. The air conditioner smelled very bad and had mold growing in the vent that you could see big chunks of it! The housekeeping staff could not speak a word of English. At all! Very hard to ask them for something. Can we say illegal?.”

• Dingy rooms, smell of smoke in non smoking room, rude staff, cramped parking, old towels.

“Horrible. Rude staff and an overall lack of upkeep made this the worst hotel on the street. But nobody cares because it is in a tourist trap and they will have high occupancies whether or not any of the guests are happy. This hotel is on Hotel Circle; please choose from the many, many others within the same block.”

• The room smelled incredibly awful.

“It was ok to sleep and shower, but the smell was horrible. We went and bought room deodorizer and a scented candle to mask the smell. The price was too high for the room. Staff was friendly and helpful.”

• Location to Sea World was nice.

“Very disappointed with the room. It was a single bed with no extra floor space, I have never seen such a small room. I need to go to a place with a better reputation and need to know that they have regular sized rooms so at the very least my children can sleep on the floor with sleeping bags. There was no extra room for them anywhere, we would have been just as comfortable in our mini van.”

• Room was extremely tiny, no parking, staff was unhelpful.

“The people that run it hardly speak English. The room was smaller then a closet. The was almost always no parking. Everything looked run down and old. The front desk was covered in glass like you were in the ghetto.”

• Very small walkways to the room, very poor wall construction (could hear everything the neighbors were doing/saying).

• It was smelly and I could not even eat because of the roaches.

“I have never stayed in any hotel where it smelt and was nasty with roaches. They should not be allowed to rent out rooms in that condition. There is no way the maids could go in there and not smell the room. I will not stay in this motel nor recommend it to any one either.”

• Quiet during the day.
• The alarm for smoke kept going off all night and the next day before they fixed it.

“If you are just a business traveler - unadvisable-and just need a place to sleep at night it would be great. I would not give this a very good rating because it was the smallest hotel room I have ever been in my life - and I have planned at least 35 well priced, economic vacations all over the USA. We had to move the table to the corner and put the chairs on top of it to get my wheelchair even into the room. The bathroom was almost as big as the bedroom.”
