• Location.
• Impersonal staff at front desk.

“Good value for Priceline. Staff could demonstrate a little more hospitality. Had to take the car out for disabled family member who could not walk down the steep driveway at the hotel entrance to get to the nearby restaurant.”

• The public areas, rooms, and pool area were very nicely appointed.
• Parking was $14 per night. Internet was not $10 per 24 hours.

“The hotel was very nice. Rooms were comfortable, clean, and well appointed. The hotel staff was very friendly, courteous, and attentive. The downside was that in-room wireless internet was not free, and overnight parking at the hotel was not free, either.”

• No that I did not like but will be great to have microwave. (baby bottles)

• Comfortable Beds.
• A Bit Loud.

“Modern facility in a good location. Well decorated rooms with comfortable beds. I could hear some children crying in neighboring rooms. Price for parking too high for being away from downtown area.”

• This hotel was awesome! Well worth the money I paid. Everything about the room was fantastic.
• I did not care for the $14/day parking fee.

• Nice atmosphere, clean well decorated.
• Had to pay for parking.

“Hotel is centrally located, easy to find. They welcomed us with fresh baked cookie. Beautifully decorated, the room overlooked the pool. Very tropical looking.”

  liked the room very clean and nobody bothered us.
• The AC did not get that cold at all and the frig took a while to get cold.

“The stay was great. I planed a romantic evening for my wife. I had no problems, the room was clean and everything worked.”

• The room was clean and comfortable.

“Overall the hotel was nice. The bed was very comfortable, and the room was clean. We stayed on the 6th floor with a view of the pool, but were unable to keep the curtains open at night as there was a flood light over the pool shining into our room. The location of the hotel is convenient with shopping, restaraunts, and entertainment close by.”

• It was very clean and staff was friendly!

“Very comfortable rooms - large with plush bed and flat screen TV. Pool and spa and fire pit. Parking lot was cramped, however, and they charged $14.00 per day. Also, $9.99 per day for WiFi.”

• I loved how there was access to a pool and work out facility, I enjoyed the front desk service because they were very friendly, at any time of the day.

“The workers are friendly, there is convenient facilities including, a pool, work out room, business room, and the rooms are so comforting
I wanted to stay in bed all day.”

• The parking fee is too high ($14 each day).

“Good location, close to main attractions like Sea world and San Diego Zoo. Very clean and comfortable room. Staff is very friendly. The only thing I don't like is the high parking fee.”

• My room was beautiful - flat screen TV and great bed.
• Falling apart or under const without any signs.

“This hotel I expected to be nice being of the Hilton family. Its obviously falling apart or under construction but no signs excusing the mess. The elevators are scary and above elevator are raw bulbs with no cover. Housekeeping staff indifferent yelling down halls without greeting guests. Restaurant was very good and waiter was great. I hate this hotel overall.”

• Even though still under some remolding. The hotel was nicely decorated and the staff was super sweet and nice.
• Loved having a balconies but having the door open was noisy due to being close the freeway.

“Loved the staff. Well decorated hotel and nice little extras here and there. More the expected for the price. Made a perfect place to stay for a budget vacation.”
