• The breakfast was good and it was a quiet hotel.
• Pool was cold and hot tub area seemed dirty and should not be enclosed.

“We went tot drop off our daughter for college and stayed the night and had a nice time, it was very close to her dorm and easy to find and out of the way just enough and every one was very nice!”

• Location was close to my destination.
• Hotel was slightly run down.

“Hotel was conveniently located to my destination. The room was comfortable, but nothing fancy. It was slightly shabby around the edges. The staff was very friendly. They had fresh cookies and cold milk in the evening, which was a nice bonus. The continental breakfast had a nice variety of food. Overall, it was just fine. Because I traveled on a busy weekend I had to book hotels in two separate locations.”

• The close proximity to the WSU Campus.
• The front desk did not answer the telephone when I called requesting additional information.

“The hotel was quiet and modern. It's proximity to the WSU Campus is a plus. The continental breakfast and warm cookies were a bonus. The shower/ tub could use some updating. The nonskid coating in the tub was worn and had the appearance of a growth around the edges. It was not very appealing. The staff were very helpful. They stored my insulin in their refrigerator and retrieved for me numerous times.”

• Location was easy to find and centrally located in the town.
• Bathroom fixtures were worn out and ill kempt.

“This hotel seemed a little run down to me. The staff was helpful and courteous but the room itself needed some work. The bathroom especially had mold stains on the ceiling and the shower mat was hopelessly stained, something easily remedied. We had a bad experience with noise as well, with children running up and down the halls at night, and drunken kids screaming in the parking lot at 2:00 a.m.”
