• I am particular when it comes to the cleanliness of a facility and this hotel put all my concerns to rest. Very Pleased!
• I was extremely pleased with this hotel.

“This hotel was absolutely wonderful. I can normally find something that was not to my liking...but not here. From the extra mile they went to take added care of our needs to the cleanliness of the room...I was just delighted. I will defintely revisit this hotel and tell family and friends. Thank you for the wonderful stay.”

• Very spacious rooms. Excellent hotel for families with children.
• Parking is not connected to Hotel, and is expensive. No valet parking available you have to carry your luggage from outside parking garage.

“Very nice hotel not too far from sea world, and beach. Very spacious rooms. We traveled with our children, and they liked having their own room. Very clean, and friendly staff. Great breakfast buffet. The only bad thing is the parking is very expensive, is not connected to the hotel, and you have to carry your own luggage all the way from the parking garage to the hotel. There is no bellman or valet service available so you're pretty much on your own with all the luggage which if you're traveling with kids can be a huge hassle. Overall very nice.”

• Good hotel, convenient location.
• Poor local Avis service, limited parking.

“Good hotel, convenient location. Walking distance to the local mall. Do not use the AVIS car rental there. The lady who owns that office does not communicate well and overcharges for car rental. Poor service.”

• Friendly staff & the free buffet breakfast.
• Expensive parking garage ($17.00).

“Great location, close to colleges, & entertainment. Outdoor lounge area great with fire pits & big screen TVs (watched Olympics) with 68-75 degree weather. Pool & hot tub open until midnight is nice after long busy days.”

• Nice sized rooms.
• Space in restaurant and service not good on weekend breakfast. Too crowded in restaurant area.

“Nice sized rooms but weekends turned into zoo. The restaurant on weekend was way too crowded resulting in long waits and shortages of tray dishes etc.”

• Couch/bed was very uncomfortable.

“The hotel is very convenient to anything you want to do in San Diego; the food at the breakfast was very good. The only complaint is that the mattress in the convertible couch was very uncomfortable to sleep on.”

• It is easy to find and the Check-In Staff were pleasant.
• They were nothing like they had advertised to be. Not at all luxury.

“This Hotel was nothing but a disappointment. For the amount of money we paid to stay there the quality was terrible. I would not recommend it to anyone. We stay in the "Executive Suite" and it was just awful nothing like the Internet description that they would have you believe. This is not to say that all Embassy Suites Hotels are this horrible, but I must admit that it has been a while since I have stayed at one.”
