“The wireless did not work, the public computer at the lobby was out of service. Reception staff helped me to check-in for my flight though.”

“For the price this hotel was great. The only problem I have is that I am a business traveler and I was on the second floor and you could here the entertainment all the way up to my room until 2:00 am. They were remodeling and the fire alarm went off two nights in a row and the ice machines were not working. I would stay here again but on a higher floor.”

“I do not recommend the Q Inn San Diego Airport hotel. It is a bit dated, though it is in a convenient location near the airport. Internet access should work since it's an airport/business hotel, but it didn't.”

“The hotel was an older one that needed some maintenance done. The parking structure had pipes that leaked attached to the ceiling. The staff did not take us seriously about our key card problem. Convenience of the room location and parking was great. We had to pay extra for the parking even though we stayed at the hotel.”

“The hotel was exactly what I expected. I like that it included a continental breakfast that was good enough to get us through the morning. I liked how close the hotel was to everything. I didn't like that I had to pay $7 plus tax for parking and one of the elevators felt pretty shaky.”

“Ok. for the price. But this hotel was really run down. It was clean, just in dire need of a complete renovation from top to bottom. And new pillows. It was really more in keeping with what I would expect from a 1-star, not a 2-star.”

“We had 4 adults and 4 children in 2 rooms. The rooms were spacious enough and clean and very well stocked with towels etc. The staff from the front desk to the house keepers were so friendly and helpful it was amazing. They addressed us by name and knew our room numbers it was great.”

“When driving up to the hotel, there really was no clearly marked entrance or direction as to where we could park. We finally found the lobby and were told that we were upgraded to a suite. We then had to pay to park in the garage below the hotel. As we walked into the first room we noticed how large it was, but we also noticed that the first room's light did not work which left it very dark in the room. Everything in the room looks like it was from the early 80s. Then we noticed our AC in the bedroom was broken and on a hot night, it made it very difficult to sleep in. After calling the front desk about the problems, the staff would not switch our rooms. It was also frustrating when you are woken up by the elevators which was directly behind our headboards. I would not recommend this hotel or stay there again.”

“This hotel was one step short of a slum house. Staff was working in my room until 11:00 PM; they kept shutting of my A/C so when I got back the room was miserable hot. They charge me for parking even though I had to park on the street.”

“Checked out and went to Sea World for the day. Discovered that my son had left his watch in the room. I called the hotel and was told to call back in twenty minutes so they could check with room service. Called back and was told that the watch was there. I told them I would be at the hotel late once Sea World closed. Arrived at the hotel at 12:30 am and no one had any idea what I was talking about and no one cared to try and help. So I went out of my way half way across San Diego at midnight for a watch that was not there. The room was filthy and not comfortable.”

“Good hotel for the price. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was simple but nice. They offer secure parking under the building, however, it was usually not locked, which was a bit disconcerting considering that there was direct access to the rooms from the parking lot elevators.”

“I called for directions and the person who answered had no clue how to tell me to get there. I am waiting to check in and someone was fixed the printer not caring a customer was there to ask them to please wait. We asked for a bottle opener and they never even looked at us, but did at least answer for us to go to the lounge. No, they didn't have the courtesy to offer that info. My alarm clock was on the floor being the 2nd bed in the room. Lamp wasn't plugged in. I had to pull the bed out and that is when I found the clock radio. Tub had hair in it. It was dirty.”
