• As a woman alone in a San Bernardino room, they placed me on the 1st floor in the back.

“Air/heater unit was loud. Walls thin enough to hear a person coughing in the next room.”

• Clean, well maintained, close to freeway, pet friendly, lots of pillows in room.
• All good.

“Sunday and Monday nights were excellent. Close to freeway but not bad sound wise. Pool was right outside our door. Could hear kids in pool but that ended at a reasonable time. Overall, an above average experience.”

• It was convenient to Loma Linda Hospital where my daughter was a patient.

• It was located in the middle of stores and restaurants.
• The service, they did not clean our room at all, even when requested.

“I called the front desk and asked for housekeeping since they didn't come to clean my room. The person who answered the phone said that housekeeping would be there. We left for 4 hours and housekeeping didn't come at all. When I call the front desk, a girl answered the phone and said housekeeping was gone for the day and that is all she can do. That was very poor service! Why they didn't do their job is beyond me! I expected the La Quinta to be better than motel 6 but that one was worse. Very bad experience!”

“Very clean nice hotel with helpful employees, close to shopping and eating places within walking distance. Security made them seen nightly on rounds.”

• It was quieter than I expected knowing Nascar was in Riverside.
• We specifically called in advance requesting a non smoking room and that was not honored.

“This hotel was more of an economy level. Old hotel with older furnishings. The breakfast was fine and it was quiet (to my surprise). The staff was very nice even when I was upset for being put in a smoking room when I had called in advance requesting a non-smoking room.”

• Liked that this hotel had an elevator.
• Toilet/shower room very cramped. Short on parking.

“The rooms and public areas were very clean and attractive. Service was very good. No problems with noise. It is hard to find a parking space after 8 9 pm.”

“It was a place to stay while we toured some of the sites. The bed was comfortable. The staff was not helpful even when they sent us to a room not yet cleaned we were asked to make all the moving arrangements.”

“This La Quinta was consistent with the quality expected from the name. It was very clean. Staff was friendly. The rooms were quiet and comfortable.”

• Location was right off freeway with many eating establishments close by.
• Very small rooms, older rooms. Bed was uncomfortable to me. I like soft.

“The rooms were clean and neat but quite small. The area a few blocks away was older in nature, but the immediate surrounding area had lots of new shops, restaurants, and businesses.”

• It was close to restaurants and a star bucks coffee.
• It was overpriced for its level of service and quality.

“It is adequate for a single person traveling on a budget. Morning food in lobby is fine, nothing special. Staff members complete regular duties adequately. The staff is neither friendly nor rude.”
