• Very nice and clean hotel, friendly staff.

“Very nice and clean hotel. Definitely met my expectations. The staff was friendly. Location is safe and is great if your final destination is San Bernardino. Of course, if you are planning to go to downtown LA the next day, this hotel is a little too far.”

• This is my second time and the staff were all very helpful and courteous.
• The bath room did not have any fans, fogged mirrors and was hot.

• Breakfast buffet was great and well priced hotel. Staff was great.
• Parking lot was under renovation but good beds were small.

• Elevator out of service, waits for elevator. No other access.

“The beds are extremely uncomfortable, The elevators only had two and one was out of order the entire length of our stay. The whole environment was taken over with weddings, meetings and conferences which left us with no parking in the lot. It was ridiculous. Oh - Yes, the AC did not work!”

• The room was clean, nice and good size. The bed was really really comfortable! The staff was friendly and helpful.
• Our room view was not appealing.

“The hotel was very nice. The pool looked fantastic, and nobody was in it when we saw it. But the water was really warm and clean. Unfortunately we didn't have time to use it. We were very comfortable in our room and the beds were really super soft! The restaurant looked really nice, but we didn't get to eat there. But the room service was yummy for breakfast.”

• Well I loved the comfort of the bed/pillows and everything was there. We had a blow dryer, ironing board with iron, we had coffee.
• Well our coffee maker did not really work too well, so you might want to improve on that part.

“We were impressed staying there for a night, and would do it again. The Staff was quite helpful and hospitable.”

• The bed was very comfortable with nice down comforter and pillows.
• A little far from where I was visiting.

“Tastefully remodeled older property. Very professional staff, solved problems quickly and offered personal attention and friendliness at all times. I would stay here again. Never heard a thing outside our room, individual wall heaters/AC with wall thermostat makes fan stay on all of the time. I like the white noise, slept very well, and until late some mornings without any disruption.”

• Rooms were very nice and clean.
• A little bit dark in room, although may have been location.

“Very nice experience, professional front desk staff and support staff. Nice workout room. A small refrigerator in room would have been nice. Excellent experience!”

• The bed was extremely comfortable!
• They put me next to the ice machine

“Hotel was overall a great place to stay. $75 non-refundable fee for pets, so I left mine at home. Right off the freeway. The hotel is in an OK neighborhood. Staff is somewhat friendly when I checked in at 9:30pm. The night concierge gentleman was not so welcoming.”

“Spotless room with a comfortable bed and nice touches overall. The desk staff was helpful and pleasant. I spent little time at the hotel and did not use the dining facilities or bar, but I found the room comfortable and the location convenient. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.
”

• Liked the location. Very clean and friendly.
• Front desk could be friendlier.

“Basically, this hotel is very good. Staff outside the front desk was very accommodating and friendly. They looked you in the eyes when they talked or responded to you. Hotel rooms were kept very clean. My stay was excellent.”

• They were under construction.

“It was very conveniently located near the freeway. I didn't have to search all over town. I was on a business trip and I was very tired so being close to the freeway was a plus. It was very clean and the beds were comfortable.”
