• Across from outlet mall.
• Pool seemed to be dirty .

at 10:00 and the pool needed to be cleaned.”

• The room seemed acceptable at first.
• The restrooms where very outdated and seemed dirty.

“It'll be a great bargain hotel. Unfortunately it's considered three stars and does not compare at all to other three star hotels in the area. Price reflect something close. On the other hand the hotels location is great if you plan on shopping at the outlets across the street and if you need easy freeway access.”

• It was in a convenient location.
• My room looked over the dumpsters and there was hair under my covers in the bed.

“This hotel was in a great location! However, I was not impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel, nor did I like that it was a motel and the gates locks were broken.”

“This hotel isn't close to a three star hotel. It upsets me when I seek a three star hotel and get locked into a dump.”

• The driver who transports the guest is really great!
• The clerk who checked me out was not at all friendly.

“The rooms need desperate help! The decor looks and smells as though it is fifteen years old. It is conveniently located and the pool area is very nice!”

• Our first room had stained carpets, we were facing the hotel generator.

• Conveniently located near the freeway.
• Loud drunken guests, hotel staff didn't seem to care.

“Clean rooms, small bathrooms, layout of the hotel a little confusing and lots of drunk people running around. Given the option, I won't stay there again. Hotel is about 1/2 star above a Motel 6.”

• The area was beautiful, staff friendly, grounds nicely landscaped.
• Rooms are not too modernly decorated.

“The staff was extremely friendly, the area was just beautiful, very convenient to beaches and attractions, shopping. The rooms could have been a bit more updated, but they were clean and comfortable. The grounds were lushly landscaped.”

• Staff was extremely helpful. TGIF onsite was great! Outlets and Starbucks across the street. Super close to Legoland.
• Bugs and old pubic hair found in the bathroom. Bring your pillow- their pillows were horrible!

• The price.
• My room overlooked the back side of a restaurant. Ugly view!

“Besides the ugly view, I was not happy with their late check out. It was supposed to be a 12:30 check out. I left the room at 11:00 to do some shopping at the outlets across the street. When I returned to my room at 12:10, I found myself locked out of my room. I had to go to the front desk to let me back in. Their response was that the room locks are set to automatically lock at 12:00 pm. So much for the late checkout! If the rooms lock at 12:00 pm, don't tell me that I have a late check out at 12:30 pm.”

• It was a wide room and we didn't feel overly crowded. The grounds were well kept.
• A little overpriced.

“The hotel was clean and the staff including the maids was very friendly and did their work without hesitation. We enjoyed out stay. The pool area was clean and the desk clerks were so nice and helpful.”
