- Dirty, stinky, and disgusting!
“We live just up the street from this location. Our home was being fumigated for 3 days. So we chose this hotel for being in good location. Also years back I had stayed in the one located in downtown Carlsbad, which was nice and I was satisfied with my experience there. however; this location was disgusting! The counter tops along with all surfaces were dirty with sticky messes and finger prints. The carpet had not been vacuumed! There were hairs in the shower, the room stunk, the AC leaked water. The last night of our stay me and my husband woke up to the smell of sewer. I would not recommend staying here, I was so dirty! They need to clean more thorough!”
