• The location was great. Walking distance to beach and restaurants.
• The interior was a little older.

“We don't spend much time in the actual room, so for us its more about location and this was in a great spot. We were walking distance to lots of restaurants and the beach.”

• Conviently located.
• The place was dirty, the beds are very uncomfable.

“I would not go back. Even if it was free. The staff well there was only two people and one worked the night shift and one worked the day. They were also the housekeepers. So that explains the cleaness of the rooms.”

• The area was wonderful, great beach and stores.

“The area is great and plan to revisit. I was rudely awoken by the night manager who tried to get into the room. Apparently they had a computer glitch. This prevented me from getting any sleep that night and as a one night stay was a complete disaster!”

“Terrible location, terrible hotel, uncomfortable beds. One of our rooms smelled like Fish, it was obvious the hotel staff knew this as the room was opened for airing-out, yet they still filled the room.”

• It had everything that was needed to prepare for next day travel.
• The location was somewhat hidden.

“Very well supplied and maintained. Had laundry facilities, nice pool area, flat screen TV, radio. Was able to walk to local business, restaurants, etc. And the Staff was very pleasant and helpful. If i could get this type of room for the price payed I would go out of town more frequently.”

• This hotel was close to the beach.
• This hotel was horrible and we did not stay, the bed was terrible.

“If you want to stay at a hotel with terrible beds and has the most depressing rooms ever, this one is perfect!”

• I was very disappointed with this hotel.
• Dirty, smelled, staff was uncaring, sketchy people staying at the hotel, did not feel safe inside the hotel, stained sheets, dirty bathtub and more.

“I was very disappointed with my experience. I was expecting a clean, simple, friendly hotel and instead found I was staying in a dirty, smelly, uncomfortable hotel. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. My past experiences with similar star ratings have been wonderful. The staff was indifferent to the fact that the room next to us was partying all night long and making references to obvious drug us among other things and I was told by one of the staff that the hotel had been trying to get them to leave all week-well if they knew there was a problem why put a family next to that room? In addition the room was dirty and had a strong unpleasant odor, the halls to the room and the elevator were dirty and smelled as well, the sheets were stained, nothing simple or comfortable about this hotel. I will never stay here again.”

• The decor, cleanliness of the windows, and no continental breakfast.

“Although the staff, and location is great, for the price, this hotel should offer a continental breakfast. The hotel could use an overall spring cleaning, i.e. windows, along with the common floors and walls. The decor needs improvement desperately.”

• It was very centrally located the areas we planned to visit.
• The cleanliness of the room was poor. No maid services provided unless you were willing to pay extra.

“They really need to work on the cleanliness. The sheets had stains as well as the bed cover. You could write your name in the dirt on top of the frig. The exhaust fan in the bathroom was covered with grease and dust.”

• I got room an occupied and the linens were hairy.

“The management was unorganized. The hotel gave me a key for the room that was already occupied, so I had to go back to the registration desk for another room key. When I was ready to sleep I found a long hair under my pillow, my hair were short and black then for the curiosity I opened the blanket sure enough I found dirt in it. This was the worst hotel I ever stay in my life.”

• The location is all I can think about that I liked.
• Dirty, ugly, smelly, not friendly, noisy.

“This was an awful experience. It was dirty, smelly and noisy. The people above us the last night kept all of us up the entire night. We tried to call the front desk and no one answered. We left a message and nothing was done.”

• The staff was very helpful.
• I walked up and a big HD motorcycle was parked on the sidewalk next to the front door. Makes the place look Cheap.

“I really enjoyed my staff. The chopper motorcycle parked on the sidewalk next to the front door turned me off. I asked the desk clerk "what's with that". He said it was a "guest". Ah. it looks very cheap. I did not have my kids with me. If I did I would have turned around and gone somewhere else. Was there any trouble. No. I stayed there to relax and sleep. I didn't want to share my stay with a biker group. It additional motorcycles had shown up I would have checked out. It looked low class.”

• Only two of the hotel clerks.
• The walls, floors, and the smell!

“Every time I have forgotten something at this hotel, it has been stolen. Whether I try to retrieve it with-in an hour, a day, or week. It's always been gone. The check in time for this hotel is only at 3:00 pm. If you check in early, you may get a dirty room. I have actually had to vacuum my own room, and take the trash out from the previous guests!”
