“I am not disabling but I can see where a disable person could become very frustrated. The ramp from the one disabled parking spot near the front door is somewhat Narrow and the limited space (due to flower pots and benches) makes using the luggage cart rather difficult for seniors. I can only imagine the difficulty a person in a wheel chair or walker might have. In the absence of assistance with luggage at the main door, I would have found a ramp from the covered entrance driveway very helpful. I was surprised to find only two drawers in the room and one of the drawers was very difficult to open. Otherwise, I found the hotel pleasant and met my needs.”

“The hotel suites were nice but the view of the roof was poor and it was not very clean, the pool was cold and there were seldom any towels, the beds were hard.”

“Staff quickly and politely adjusted the reservation to accommodate a 2 queen bed room. I've stayed there before and will continue to seek this property out for my trips to Spokane.”

“We liked that it was located a little outside of the city center, less hassle and traffic around us. It was very quiet and relaxing. We enjoyed the clean pool and the other hotel facilities. The staff at the hotel was very pleasant, always friendly and ready to help. Super people. The nights were quiet and there were No loud parties at this hotel. The hotel offers plenty of parking without extra charge. Computer is available and Internet also. I have been happier at this hotel compared to some of the bigger downtown hotels. I would recommend this hotel to any travelers especially to people who like big breakfast (no extra charge for the breakfast). Four stars for this wonderful hotel.”

“The hotel was good in some ways but bad in others. Breakfast was good and lobby internet worked fine. The room was smoky, the beds were uncomfortable, there was also a 6:30 a.m. smoke alarm. I spoke with another guest who said this was the 2nd time this happened there. Apparently someone burnt a waffle in the breakfast area. Also the hotel was filled with college athletes attending a football game. Not my best pick.”

“Great location for us, but a little difficult to get to when crossing traffic. Staff was super friendly and it was quiet despite all the traffic around us. Our room was spacious and great for the price. We had everything we needed plus a great breakfast. It was a bit crowded when we went for breakfast, but the staff allowed us to sit in the lobby and it was fine.”

“Great hotel for my three year old daughter and I at the price we get. The rooms are large with two beds, a refrigerator, and microwave. The included breakfast has many options and the room it is served in is very nice. There is also an indoor pool that is much enjoyed. I am glad I have found a hotel in north Spokane, by my family, that is a great fit. I will try to book here every visit.”

“Ramada Inn and Suites is a quality hotel that is excellent for a family vacation. The location of this hotel is close to a shopping mall with several restaurants, and is easy to find. The hotel offers a swimming pool and hot tub as well as a continental breakfast.”

“This was not the Animal Kingdom Hotel, but the Ramada in Spokane, Wa. The first room was billed as a non-smoking room, but wreaked of smoke. The new room was better, but only one out of two sink faucets worked. The last night we were there the fire alarm kept going off in the hotel. Instead of bringing in an on-call repair service, the staff kept trying to reset it, with the result that our sleep was interrupted at least four times. On January 1st, there was insufficient cleaning staff to clean our room and make the beds after we got up at about 11 a.m. (This should have been anticipated on the holiday). The continental breakfast featured cold cereal and stale doughnuts from Hostess. The physical plant is not bad for a Ramada mini-suite hotel, but the ineptness of the management made this an avoid-it-at-all-costs experience.”

“This hotel lists a sauna and no hot tub. In fact they have a sauna that the counter person said hasn't been operational for over 2 years. They do however, have a hot tub. The pool is clean and well maintained. The continental breakfast offers enough food to easily get me through to lunch. Overall, I feel that this hotel is an excellant value.”

“The hotel was clean. They had a pool and hot tub that was indoors and open 24 hours a day. There was internet access in the front lobby but the signal would go in and out so it was hit or miss. The last night of our stay, there were about 40 children between 6 and 9 having birthday parties. They took over the pool and played games in the elevators keeping them from working and also ran up and down the halls yelling until about midnight. I called the front desk at 11pm and they told me to call back later if the noise didn't quiet down.”

“There was no high speed internet connection and the available dial up was very slow! The staff was pleasant. Little information about the phone use in the room, you had to ask and if you did not ask specifically, you did not get the entire information you needed.”

“I was very impressed with the room I received. Staff was courteous. But there was a break-in in a guests car overnight and staff could have been more accommodating.”
