• The location is convenient as 5 minutes driving distance to the Division street with a mall area nearby.
• Terrible place with loud air condition system.

“Overall, it was a terrible stay at the Apple Tree Inn. My wife and I stayed there for one night, and we couldn't sleep at night at all. The air condition system is way too loud and there was no way to minimize the sound unless we powered it off.”

• Cheap.
• No amenities, poor continental breakfast, small queen sized beds.

“The hotel is not up to two stars. It is small, old and lacks amenities. The rooms have poor climate control and some rooms are very noisy from the hall activities and traffic just outside the window.”

• Multiple bedroom functionality is perfect for children.
• Parking is tight and limited.

“Location is perfect for traveling north into Washington and easy access to roads leading to Canada. Wal-Mart Super center is just across the road for family shopping. The hotel serves a continental breakfast with hot coffee, juice and milk. The mattresses are comfortable, bathrooms are very clean, new windows and comfortable heat & A/C. Decorations are bland and could be updated.”

• Friendly, very accommodating, excellent breakfast buffet.

“Exceptionally friendly staff, front desk, cleaning staff, excellent array of breakfast buffet items at reasonable times for all travelers. Would recommend and stay again.”

• The staff was very nice and helpful.
• Our room was right next to Division, a busy road. the sign's light was right outside our room.

“If you are there just to sleep, and don't mind the sound of traffic it was fine. The rooms were clean and the beds weren't bad, but we didn't spend a whole lot of time there either.”

• Comfortable bed.
• Bathroom way too small, walls too thin.

“While the service was good, the walls were so thin you could hear normal conversations in the next room. When the neighbors ran water or flushed the toilet, we could not hold a conversation. We worried about disturbing our neighbors.”

• There was lots of parking.
• The room did not have working internet, iron, or fridge, The blow dryer actually ed my hair into it. And I had to cut it out.

“This hotel was worse than a motel 6 or super 8. It had the hardest, most uncomfortable bed and pillow that my husband I have ever slept upon. Our window overlooked a 4-lane extremely busy/noisy road, so it was very noisy. This was one of the worst hotel experiences ever.”
