• Staff is friendly, helpful and eager to share a smile.
• Nothing.

“This is an attractively decorated hotel. The rooms are incredibly clean with fridges and microwaves in every room. But far beyond the physical part of this hotel, is the staff. Friendly, inviting, helpful - they will go above and beyond to make sure that everything is great. This hotel has the 'old fashion' standards of customer service - they lead the pack.”

• It was convenient to the hospital. The check in clerk was very friendly and especially helpful.
• We were only there for a short time. Did not have time to make a decision.
