• The hotel was clean, and convenient.
• The room was very small.

“The previous reviews were not flattering, so I wasn't expecting much. However the room ended up being clean, while nothing special, and did the job. The nearby train tracks were not much of an issue.”

• Location and staff was very helpful and friendly.
• Everything but the location, smelled terrible, unclean.

“This Ramada falls far short of typical Ramada quality. It smells terrible; its loud, uncomfortable, and anything but clean.”

• Staff friendly, but error in checking me in.
• Beds uncomfortable, didnt feel clean.

“Will not stay at this hotel again, staff very friendly but just didn't feel clean maybe because of the location. Room appeared clean but smelled funny.”

• It was right downtown and with in a short walk to a lot of places.
• The rooms were too small and the bed was like a rock.

“It was ok, but I probably wouldn't stay there again if given a choice.”

• Nothing. It is a dump.
• The room was worn out. "Breakfast" was a joke.

“One of the worst places I have ever stayed. I realize it was cheap and convenient to downtown Spokane, but it should not be listed on any reputable list without clear warning that it is a dive.”
