• Love the park and fly option.
• Didn't have reserved room clean and stuck us in a queen bed.

• Nothing.
• Room not clean when we got there at 3:20pm noisy steps icy.

“We had traveled since 4am to attend the local car show, we wanted to put our stuff in the hotel around noon and get changed, the room was not even clean by 3:20pm. There were empty clean rooms on both sides of ours, with the drapes open and the rooms empty, but we were told that they were rented. There was a check in line that had 13 people in it, and we were not the only people upset. The steep stairs were covered with very slick snow that was not shoveled at any time during our stay. The bedspread smelled and we went and bought a blanket instead.”

• We got what we paid for.
• Despite adjusting the heat, the room remained very chilly all night during a snow storm.

• The staff was very helpful and friendly.
• The shower faucet had a constant running water leak.

“The internet was down every other day. Room keys would quit working for no reason. Maid would turn off your heat so when you returned your room would be 50 degrees.”

• They have a very nice continental breakfast.
• The bed was too hard (back problems), not enough electrical outlets, minimal cable TV & no wireless internet in rooms.

“This is the second try at this hotel, but we will probably not stay at this hotel in the future. The beds were too hard for our back problems. The room did not have adequate outlets for the hotel's lamps & clocks let alone our cap machines, cell phones & battery charger. There was no wireless internet access in the rooms. The TV had very limited cable access.”

“It was more worn than expected, but we were just looking for a place to sleep so it met our needs reasonably well. I'll pay more attention to the quality rating next time.”
