• Staff was quick to bring needed items to room.
• The hot tub was not hot and water was dirty.

• Rides to the airport were long but timely.
• Pillows too small, towels to small, not very bright appearance.

“We would not come at this hotel for any future stays which we do 6-8 times a year.”

• Price/value.
• No in room movies/lobby PC was not working.

“Overall okay. Rooms were spotless, service was excellent. The halls were a little dark but the motel is being remodeled. It was clean comfortable and adequate. Very minimal amenities but that is expected.”

• Nothing.
• Hotel reeked of smoke, was dirty and loud.

“Hotel reeked of smoke, was dirty, large dogs were in the pet free zone, and loud. One of the beds in the room had crumbs in the sheets. When I talked to the front desk nothing was done and no restitution was made. The location is also further from the airport than I understood it to be. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. And may not ever use this chain again. I am disgusted by what I was given.”

• It has a pool and a continental breakfast.
• The only negative thing was that I thought we had requested 2 queen beds and we got 1 Queen but it was OK.

• Everything was clean, comfortable bed, good TV, friendly staff, clean pool and hot tub
• Can't think of anything

“As stated before, staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean, Beds comfortable. I found it very convenient from the airport. ”

• Totally unacceptable.

“The hotel was 15 min. from the airport, not close as we expected. The hotel had given us a room with one bed, and with 2 adults and 2 kids we could not fit; the hotel staff informed me that I would have to pay more for 2 beds. I have to pay this charge even though we left and found another hotel (close to the airport). Bait-and-switch.”

“Hotel was very nice and clean. Staff is friendly. Good continental breakfast. It is located close to airport which is somewhat distant from downtown. Great place for a good night's rest. Confirm your directions to the hotel beforehand as the online mapping service I used had me take an earlier exit on the highway.”
