• Rooms were spacious.
• Housekeeping issue; on demand didn't work; ice machine broken; rough toilet paper, etc.

“The Priceline rate that I obtained was a bargain, but that doesn't justify the generally slipshod management of this supposedly 3.5 star hotel. I'll start with what I liked. The room was comfortable, clean, and very spacious and the pool area is well maintained. I also liked the check-in/check-out kiosk. As for what I didn't like: no in-room safe; $10.99/day for internet use, poorly maintained elevators (broken, dirty, or well worn depending on the elevator); broken ice machines on certain floors; toilet paper that feels more like sand paper; careless housekeeping (one day they skipped my room while replacing my lotion and body wash with multiple shampoos on another); an on demand type movie/entertainment system that simply did not work at all, and lastly the barely discernable, cluttered, barely manned registration desk. Next time that I am in the area I will likely pay a fixed rate to secure a room at one of the very nicely maintained Holiday Inns.”

• Excellent staff.
• Charge for parking and internet.

“I've stayed at this hotel a number of times and always enjoy my stay. The building is a bit old, but the hotel has done a good job of keeping it up to date, including a recent renovation of the lobby area. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, and the staff is extraordinary. This hotel has earned its 3.5 stars.”

• Very clean. The room and beds were very comfortable. Good value.
• Our room was not well-maintained. The shower drain was slow, one faucet was loose.

“The entire hotel is very clean and accommodations are comfortable. Service was mixed: the slow shower drain was fixed immediately but when we asked for an extra bath towel no one ever showed up. Overall everything was nice and we would stay there again.”

• Presentable, clean, staff was friendly
  
• One out of four shuttle drivers were a 10. One was an 2.

“Rooms were comfortable and clean. The only concern was one of four shuttle drivers. Un-friendly, drove very fast, rude, also did not open door for passengers.”

• It is located close by Ontario Mills, I-10, I-15, FWY 60 and Ontario Int Airport. Rancho Cucamonga is a gorgeous community next door.
• Surprised to find a $12 per night parking charge. Completely unwarranted for an ordinary-looking parking lot. No microwave in room. Silly.

“Great views of the San Gabriels out large picture windows, along with outstanding location and cleanliness, make Ontario Hilton a great place to stay.”

• The desk staff was very unfriendly.

“This hotel also choses to charge its guests $11.75 just to park, and I am not talking about valet parking, there was nobody staying at this hotel, it was like a "ghost" town. After paying for the parking, this was not such a great "deal".”

• Excellent staff.
• Not a 3 star hotel. Older and some what run down.

“The staff was outstanding and very helpful. They say on the website the have a Starbucks on site but when you request your normal coffee that you may purchase at a chain they did not have the ingredients to make the drink.”

• The room was spacious and clean. The air temperature was easily controlled. Rooms were quiet even with a wedding reception in the lobby.
• I never like paying to park. The girl who checked me in was new to the area and couldn't help me find my way to local sites.

“We had to attend an event at the Ontario Convention Center and stayed at this hotel. It was easy freeway access and a quick trip to the Convention Center. I enjoyed the comfortable and quiet room,”

• The A/C did not work and never got below 74 degrees.
• The A/C did not work and I was told that it usually takes 4 or 5 hours to cool down.

“This hotel is run down and needs to be demolished and a new, clean hotel constructed in its place.”

• When I complained about security, maid service manager was polite.
• No camera's out side, lost 1/2 tank gas & scratched up truck side panels.

“Maid service came in without stopping at the sign not to disturb sign. Then called on the phone. Never fixed up the room even though the maid we were going out now so she could pickup. In the hall way for 2 days there were crushed chips strung up and down it.”

• Location off freeway, free shuttle.
• Very small tube TV, parking fees high, and
  charge for
  internet.

“I have stayed here before, was not real thrilled to have it come up again. Rooms are dated with small TV, they charge for everything, parking, internet, and local calls. Hallways were ungodly hot and smelled stale.”

• Good location, big room.
• Exercise room under construction.

“Overall, good experience. Main lobby was under construction so things looked a bit off, the exercise room was also under construction and was relocated to a hotel room with a few pieces of equipment. Overall, I was very satisfied with the experience for a great price.”
