• Free high speed internet.
• Loud outside neighbors. Had to go and tell them to quiet down.

“The continental breakfast was nothing to write home about. The room and bed was comfortable. I like the consistency with best western hotels.”

• The liked the eggs at breakfast.
• I didn't like the ants and lack of microwave and fridge.

“The first room that was booked had ants and we were not impressed. We talked to the staff and they gave us another room. The second room was wonderful! We really appreciated that!”

• One of the front desk personnel was quite friendly and helpful.

• Clean, comfortable room.
• A bit out of the way.

“The Best Western Kings Inn was clean and well maintained. It's definitely an older property but the room was neat and nicely furnished. The bed was comfortable and everything was in order. A steak house type restaurant was a block away and offered 20% off to hotel guests. It was excellent. It was about a 15 mile drive to Riverside.”

• Close to freeway and restaurants friendly staff.
• Too far away from my selected area of interest.

• I cannot find anything positive about this hotel.
• I did not like the surrounding area and did not feel safe in the hotel, so I could not sleep soundly.

“This hotel was pretty full, which surprised me as I did not like the area it was in. I had a room on the second floor, and had to climb stairs as there was no elevator. Rooms were average and bed was comfortable, but I had a poor night's sleep because I did not feel safe.”

• Needed two beds gave me a queen to share with my 18 y/o son terrible!
